Why I´m happy with gong
What do you like best about the product?
Very good tool for best practice sharing, listening to sucessfull calls helps my entire team
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcripion in german is basically useless so far, not a major issue but still improvable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using gong to improve caller assertiveness through the library of best practice calls
Awesome application for taking Minutes of Meeting
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong captures the minutes of meetings and action points through its inbuilt NLP and ML algorithm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I think of at this point. All the features of app are highly useful.

Minutes of meeting and action points.

Not specifically just a helpful app.

Gong is helpful and pretty user friendly

I like the easy-to-use video player features like speed adjustment.

I cannot think of something that I dislike but I have not used it enough at this point.

I am solving customer consultation issues to determine fault.

What I like the most is the ability to make comments on calls, specifically a time stamp on where a note should be made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. However, there are a couple of recommendations I could make. Please make your transcript reading is more accurate and have more resources available for people who want to learn how to better leverage gong for their teams

I am a sales manager so I am using Gong for training my employees. I realize that with Gong it is very easy to pin point exactly where in the call my employee needs assistance for improvement
Easy to use and valuable
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong records all my client meetings. It is easy to share recordings of product training with my clients. I also like that Gong takes notes for me during meetings so I don't have to! Gong's call transcriptions are helpful so I can easily go back to the recording and search for a specific topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I find many features helpful like the interaction stats and follow-up reminders.

Gong is a helpful way to monitor team quality
What do you like best about the product?
I like that gong is an easy way to rate, and monitor team quality in a fun, and interactive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that gong was able to connect to salesloft to filter out calls such as "qualifying" or " DM contact requested. It would make it easier to score quality calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving call quality problems. We have realized that managing a large team means there is more to monitor and assess. We are solving the overall issue of making sure all calls are higher quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend there to be the same call filters as salesloft so we can easier review quality calls.
A must have tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has saved hours of time reviewing calls, kept me accountable, and makes sure I'm in the loop. I enjoy the feature where you can request an email sent directly to your inbox with all calls including a particular mention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything has been up to my expectations.

Keeping track of all the things, helps me stay detail-oriented.

easy access to my meetings making it very seamless to listen back and take notes for follow ups

not great notetaking, words are often very off making it impossible to only read without hearing the words
