What do you like best about the product?
The easy access to the call so that we can listen whenever we want to

Nothing as such to dislike but it would have been better we can get structured according to date wise

Its easy to listen to the call and we can track all our records easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has a really good feature wherein you can listen to the recording of a person at a time i.e, if the seller is speaking to the client you can skip client's part and listen to seller's part only without skipping.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage is that sometimes few calls are not in the Software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysing and reviewing our own calls and listening to them to check and work on the mistakes done.

It is really a good tool to use and review your and peers performance.
Gong is a very advanced tool which will help agents in self analysing their calling skills

It provides a transcript which is really good.

The only thing I dislike about Gong is that not all inbound calls get recorded.

Gong allows cross functinoal stakeholders to listen to sales calls, which provides unique insights and visibility / transparency into how we're selling and positioning our company.

User interface can be a little tricky, and the transcription feature is not reliable.

We want to increase customer-centricity within the org and surface client insights to non client facing teams.

Any calls that need review are easily accessible and coaching based off that is very useful

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Gong is the ability to have all of your team calls in one place. We can learn from and grow off of successes and mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think I dislike is the time it takes for the calls to import into Gong. Sometimes they aren't completely recorded or uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning how my colleagues are going about their calls and what is creating opportunities and success. I have benefitted by using this to attain more meetings.

Working remote is hard. Not having your peers around to pick up new talk tracks and things to bounce off eachother kind of makes the day hard. Gong allows the office feel

Nothing really just that i wish it picked up more calls, some calls are not recorded. Other than that i would not change a thing about Gong, it really helps you

It gives the feel of being in the office, it allows you to be refreshed and gives confidence when you feel like you have hit a brick wall. I really really enjoy it...

What do you like best about the product?
The recording is easily accessible we can navigate it. We can also deep dive the analysis of the call and also share the input on the call to the person.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, i haven't found anything like that. but if we can sync up with the tool we are using for easy locating the call.

With the help of the gong we can directly listen to the desired part of the call as it has a description available for the same.
Useful Software for listening back to calls and quality check
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and simplified sections for finding calls. I get so many client calls in a day, and usually forget what conversation I had in particular with each. This helps me review back things easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all calls get recorded at the moment. So sometimes gets difficult to get back to data. Sometimes I do face an issue of missing calls, when I want to check the numbers I have discussed on that call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I ever need to check back on what I have talked to the client, I can easily go and listen to calls and get a review. I found it so much easier to recall the conversation
