Gong is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Made getting familiar with the product way easier. This was my first tech sales job, so being able to listen to a bunch of calls helped me sound confident with my first couple calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had some issues with some reps calls not getting pulled into gong. Still working on getting this resolved, but have enough calls to train off of. Would be nice to be able to review my own calls though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just started at a new company, so Gong made it way easier to familiarize myself with the product and talk tracks that more tenured reps have been doing. It allowed me to get comfortable talking about the product way quicker than if we were without it

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use gong. The transcript is incredibly helpful. Additionally, seeing when the speaker changes is very beneficial. The next speaker fast forward button is a nice addition as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like using gong. I don't really have any problems with it except sometimes the sign-in is slow. Other than that, I really like using gong and would highly recomend it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping learn more about my organization and shadowing my colleagues. Gong helps new hires get caught up to speed and learn from calls that have transpired before they were hired

notifications are delayed., someimes adding to calls times out,

Gong is my must have tool for my user interviews.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the transcription functionality a lot, and the alerts driven by keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't know where to cancel alerts. Organizing calls in the Libary is still very manual

Record user interviews and notetaking.

There is an opportunity to improve the accuracy of the transcription functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it picks out your pricing section. I also really like how easy it is to share your call's with customers or colleagues. It makes it really easy to coach and support colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing I feel that gong fulfils my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share calls with customers and use snippets I share to point out how the customer has seen the benefits of the product I have demoed to them and how it will benefit them in the future. I also found it a great tool to use to celebrate a job well done and use to give other's advice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, your staff will use for self improvement and manager's will use it to coach
Gong is a really handy tool for our cross functional team
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the filtering capabilities (filter by who was on the call, searching for keywords, etc.), the ability to send edited/trimmed down links to my customers and team, being able to tag my team at key moments during a customer call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love it when the notetaker announces herself on my calls, but I suppose it is a necessary evil.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to take as many notes during calls and I can be more engaged to ask better questions. Tagging people at key moments has been helpful for our team as a whole.

Excellent Marketing Training
What do you like best about the product?
I love the statistics of the recorded calls. The feature of giving different percentages when grading the conversation is my favorite part. It really teaches you a lot about yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the accuracy sometimes of the transcript. I absolutely love the transcript and think it's necessary, but it is not always accurate. Who is talking matched up with the name is what is usually wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the length of my dialogue and how much I allow the client and I to go back and forth between conversations. As I tend to let them speak much, then I would speak, then I would end the call.

Pay attention to the stats, and why they matter.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is easy to use, has a tonne of helpful resources and marketing material, and the speech recognition AI is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I submitted a question to customer support and have still not heard back (2+ weeks).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training new sales staff to make calls. Have been able to establish best practices and easily classify calls into a resource library for staff.

Take advantage of the training and marketing resources.
Superior Software
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to navigate the separated sections in the audio/video recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
When searching, there is that extra step to search for titles/calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My workflow is much faster by using Gong. I can narrow sections of recorded calls and find what it is that I need within a recorded call.

If you are a classroom teacher, an educator, or working on simplifying the ability to locate and listen to previously recorded calls with ease, Gong is the perfect product for you. Gong makes it super easy to navigate and narrow down sections of calls so that one doesn't waste time sifting through recorded calls to find the information they need.
Favorite Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Such an intuitive UI. Everything works just as it should, and honestly I think that the speech capturing tech is a cut above other products that i've used. 10/10 recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything :) They deserve the praise they earn from every corner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, so much easier to train the sales team.
