What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows you to be notified of a call that is happening/will happen/has happened. So when I miss a call or meeting, I am able to listen to it and catch up and stay in the loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's very helpful that Gong automatically creates a transcript of the call, it is often off or doesn't correctly pick up on what is being said. An improved voice-text detection software would make the user experience a lot better and more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new sales development representative, I am able to tune in and listen to calls and demos done by account executives to learn more about the career path I'm starting out on.

It's great!

What do you like best about the product?
Remembering the details of a meeting is never easy. The 80% of your attention is focused on the meeting and the rest is on the notes you are taking. The aggregated value you have with Gong is that 20% time you assigned to your notes is now for the customer. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
The offline features could be better. Even though they are supported (even in mobiles) they are a little limited y you want to see the whole presentation. Visuals are helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, when we attack SMB market that normally it represents more volume than Corporate accounts. Remember every detail is the success key to attack a customer successfully

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is THE BEST! Especially at a startup company with a self-paced onboarding program. Gong helps reps and all GTM teams get up to speed on our product faster than ever before. The "slides" data and the ability to stream recordings within Library folders have both been amazing feature enhancements I've seen since being a Gong user. I also am super appreciative of the Gong Coaching Inbox capabilities, deal boards, and Conversation Data that can be pulled into our CRM. Also, the customer support is incredible whenever I need assistance!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lag time when calls get analyzed and stored within Gong so it can delay users' ability to share the recording with a customer or prospect for up to a day. But this is not a huge concern for us, just something I have noticed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has unintentionally become our workaround for lack of having a true CMS and LMS in our tech stack. I am also super excited to see our management team so eager to take advantage of Gong Deal Board capabilities in 2022 as they've gotten more comfortable with auditing the custom 'trackers' we have in place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about the low-hanging fruit you have with your current solution in place, and ask to speak with some customer references to support your purchasing decision. Gong is a great strategic investment to help take your business to the next level and speed up the sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to pause a recording and backup/replay and to have a transcript; also like having the % time of each speaker
What do you dislike about the product?
i honestly cant think of anything that is missing. no, everything seems to work properly; i dont think it can be done better; i dont have any improvements to suggest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i can now listen to how bad i stink on customer calls. seriously, gong provides good feedback to incorporate in selling process - like reducing how many times i say uuum and also eye contact. i think that there will be an economic return,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Listen to some calls; use the product; you will like it!

What do you like best about the product?
The transcript that is included with each video. It makes it easy to document your conversations with a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript can be a little off sometimes (I'm nitpicking).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automatic recording and transcript eliminate my need to take a bunch of extra notes on the call.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes prepping for meetings by reviewing past ones a piece of cake! Love the ability I have to record my zoom meetings and have a running history so I can make sure I don't miss any important details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about Gong. The way the product functions and integrates with Zoom is 100% Seemless. Gong has made working in sales a million times better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call prep and review. Gong allows me to review past calls to make sure I can get all customer questions answered as well as get prepared for the up and coming calls with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
KNowing that gong is on top of my note taking/the ability to reference a call and speed up the playback has been a gamechanger.
What do you dislike about the product?
The insights given by Gong can be used by bad sales leaders to feel like they understand sales. I've seen cases where we are data-rich and insight poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to focus in on relationships/questions/real problem solving rather than on capturing notes because I can trust Gong to document and remind me about next steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The value is very clear. I wish I would have had it sooner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics and the ability to break down calls with searchable tags so that I can listen to other people's calls about specific topics & sort & skip to certain topics in my own calls to review with managers & mentors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Training & onboarding: helping me to learn talk tracks & product knowledge from other reps before jumping on meetings
-Call review: almost like watching film as an athlete

What do you like best about the product?
- The quick upload time from Zoom to Gong
- The available insights (talk split, longest monologue, etc)
- Ability to watch teammates' calls to learn from
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing in particular that I dislike. I haven't used competitive products, but for the usage I've had with Gong, it seems to check all the boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem's I'm solving: Efficient self-reflection. Benefits are being able to take a call stress-free without having to scramble to take notes or remember talk tracks.

I like the transcript feature because it helps me follow along with the audio

I get camera shy watching myself on video. I wish only the audio was recorded

Having Gong is a great tool for me because at the end of a client call, I get to go back and listen for any cues I may have missed which might be helpful in me closing the deal
