What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of being able to review calls from anywhere so I can multitask while learning valuable insights about what prospects are asking and how sales is responding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Gong for a few weeks for several hours a day and so far I have not found anything I don't like. It has honestly been such a refreshing product to use and has provided me with information I was not able to obtain from notes taken (if any) from our sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Gong, I am able to hear direct conversation with prospects, without having to be in every meeting. This provides me with the ability to (1) know what prospects want or expect our product to do, (2) understand more about our competition, (3) ensure our sales team is sharing the right information about the product, and (4) understand how I can better serve both our customers and sales teams overall.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong was extremely easy to understand and immediately start using. I highly recommend others to take advantage of this product.

What do you like best about the product?
Being an SDR, gong has helped me increase my success rate exponentially via email and (cold) phone calls by having the ability to track each and every handshake that occurs.
What do you dislike about the product?
To this day, I do not see a dislike in the product. The tool itself is extremely easy to navigate through and understand the upside it brings to org's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped increase the success rate across the board from SDR's to AE's allowing us to go back to our previous work and find a better solution for what didn't work/or what should've gone a more positive way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most that I can find all existing calls of the whole company with an easy search setup. Also the analyzing tools that show the topics I was talking about and for how long in comparison to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's all perfect :) I couldn't find anything that I disliked yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could solve the issue that f.e. I didn't have long enough (as suggested) small talks with the customers. i wasn't aware of that until I checked my analyzed calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the team stats tab and have a look at what you can improve on for your following calls

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool to analyze our customer-facing interactions across phone. I love the ability to search by keyword and transcriptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcription could be a little bit more accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer, Gong is incredibly helpful. I'm able to log in and listen to sales recordings on my own time. I'm able to get insight directly from prospects and customers that impact our marketing campaigns.

Great insights and organization with Gong

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of our calls are automatically stored in Gong. It is easy to find, locate and track all ongoing calls. Plus, the reminder to email with the call embedded in it is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search function does not always work full, it can be hard to find a call at time. Looking forward to having a deeper breadth of call analytics to continue to improve our sales techniques.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost Gong is aiding in our organization. Having the notetaker automatically join the call and the upload to Gong has been fantastic in streamlining our processes.

Just do it! Been super helpful for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Coaching metrics. The ability to easily pull calls for Customers from all internal teams, providing fluid transparency with Customer handoffs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search features are slow and not as easy to use as I'd hope.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a new hire, Gong has been invaluable for my mentor and manager to provide helpful feedback, listening to other successful CMS's calls without being side-by-side in an office, and the ability to have transparency in my large organization.

Awesome Resource for Reviewing Calls with Clients

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to go back and listen to calls is extremely beneficial especially when your job revolves around several calls a week. Notes can only do so much as you don't want to seem more concerned with note-taking rather than talking with your client. This gives you the ability to go back and listen, word for word, on things said or asked so that you can make sure that whenever you follow up with your client, it is accurate to what was already discussed. I also like that before listening to the calls, it shows you who talked and when they did, so you can scrub through the conversation to look for specific points rather than having to listen to the meeting in its entirety.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there is anything to dislike about Gong. It is easy to use, self-explanatory, and helpful when you need it. I don't have any recommendations on improving. I think it's great as is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you are booking several meetings a week and each meeting requires some research and/or work after to help the client, it is easy to get lost in the amount of information. I write everything on a notepad, but even still, I forget exactly what was said on a call if a week goes by and I have already talked to ten people following that. Gong solves the problem of having to remember exact conversations. It also makes it easy to listen to conversations that your coworkers are having if you are going to be assisting them in the future - so rather than having to review their notes or listen to their summarization, you can go listen for yourself!

Recorded Calls are the best tool for onboarding!

What do you like best about the product?
Joining a new company while working fully remote can be challenging. However, Gong has helped me to onboard exceptionally with recorded calls. With them, I could learn much faster how to pitch the product, understand the main objections and how to overcome them before even going to the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel annoyed by the follow-up notifications that GONG recommends to me. Most of the times they make no sense and I end up not using the tool for other purposes but listening to calls. B
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning faster how to pitch my product is definitely the best asset. I can also come back to previous calls from deals I haven't led from the beginning, so I could be updated about everything that happened with them so far.

Easiest Tech Set Up and Great Use Case for Gong

What do you like best about the product?
Compares to almost all other tech setups and integrations we have had, Gong was super easy and straightforward to set up. I love using the platform, and exploring all of its capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some nuances and confusion around which calls exactly do and do not get recorded. It is a bit hard to encourage managers to attend Gong trainings, and upskillings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training is a big one, for when our new hires come on board. It is also helpful for feedback to our AEs and SDRs and hopefully we can use the scorecards soon!!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the budget and you know managers will use it it is worth it!
