What do you like best about the product?
The UI on gong is amazing! I've never used a call recording platform as intuitive. I think I like the follow-up email reminders most seeing that is usually my biggest area of struggle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better integration to leverage with Outlook. While I personally hate Outlook, it would be great to be able to pull a recording from a side pane to quickly review clips to make navigating Outlook a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that I am solving is being able to effectively followup with my clients. I am able to quickly toggle between different moments of calls by simply searching keywords. I also really love the use of NLP in the UI! Surely ahead of the game there!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is incredibly helpful for internal/external calls. Having them be recorded and able to access to review the conversation, and not needing to take notes throughout the call saves me time. I also love that it emails you a transcript and action items to take care of. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that it does not auto add to my calendar for customer calls. It would be helpful if the assistant@gong.io would automatically be put on the calendar invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped eliminate my need for taking notes during the call. This helps me be a more active listener in my customer calls. I am able to go back and listen to the call as many times as I need so that I know exactly what the context is.

What do you like best about the product?
The comparative stats between individual teammates, featured in the 'Team stats' app. This is a great way to recognise top-performers on the team, while showing newer folks the benchmark to set themselves to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! Some in-app prompts would be helpful to direct users to the academy resources as I was using the product for a long time before I realised there was on demand training available there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote onboarding of new hires
Compliance to rolling out new programs and processes
Recognition of top talent on the team and leveraging their approaches to raise the standard of the rest of the team

I love how everything is divided so you can understand how each person expresses themselves and how they interact with each other.

Great tool for analyzing your conversations with customers

What do you like best about the product?
The summaries with the main topics discussed, as well as the possible action items are a couple of features I like a lot. Also, the detection of my "monologues" is quite insightful to become a better listener.
What do you dislike about the product?
I once had a conversation in Spanish and the transcription was completely wrong. It seems you guys need to work on that feature still to support this kind of conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it on an almost daily basis to record the calls with my customers, so I can focus on the conversation and take detailed notes later for follow up. It's great also for helping new hires with samples of real calls to accelerate training.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great for automatically capturing your meeting, including transcription, key sections etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription isn't 100% perfect but that's to be expected when considering all the different accents you may encounter in your day-to-day life
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not relying to heavily on note-taking during a meeting allows you to be more present and focused during the discussion, and of course, being able to dissect post-meeting is very helpful for continuous improvement

It would be interesting to connect Gong to Outlook - not necessary to add the assistant@ and the link

When we are handing over some customers the successor can access to calls to be onboarded and know what we were talking about in the past

What do you like best about the product?
Having Gong is so helpful because it allows me to focus on the moment with my customers instead of needing to waste valuable time together taking manual notes. Gong provides the opportunity to not only assess how I do in my calls but to review my coworkers calls for similar content and examples. It is such a useful tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription notes are difficult to decipher at times. If you read through them you can understand what was being said; however, if you are trying to search for keywords it is difficult if it didn't hear you accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows for me to send a snippet of my call to an internal team to get help on an issue. It cuts down the time in relaying information and allows the team to have appropriate context directly from the customer.

It has been great so far! Maybe more integration with SalesForce
