Great software for call recordings

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the recordings are there within a short amount of time after the call. It also highlights who is on the call and speaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike on this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to record calls. I like the ability to read the transcript, which helps with note-taking and action items.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been instrumental in being able to monitor effectively how my new hires in training are progressing and get acclimated in their talk tracks and comfortability level with products and services. Quickly identifies gaps and where I should most effectively spend my time with each team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
if I pause a call and go back later to finish, it will not load and will have to start from the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
real time coaching and feedback, being able to identify struggles and gaps right away, as well as missed opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
To be able to listen in on calls that I did not attend and scroll thru to specific parts of the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything so far, it does everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To listen to calls I cannot attend, which I find extremely useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong sends a daily email letting me know my upcoming calls so I'm on top of my game.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything - Gong has truly thought of everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a terrible memory - being able to see action items is essential

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Gong has made my onboarding at my new job. It's great to have access to recordings of my team members calls and my own calls to continue to grow my skillset!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. If anything, the only thing I can think of is the "announcement" at the start of the call. I haven't been in Gong long enough to know if there is a way to turn the volume down on it. But honesly nothing so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a very well rounded tool to hit on all of your needs for the sales process. I'm really liking it so far!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very easy to use and has a nice interface. I mainly use it to send calls to my clients and to review my notes and action items internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the script of the recording is a little buggy, and does not capture accurate dialogue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is so helpful to review calls to see what was discovered previously and create agenda items for new meetings or circle back on follow ups with my clients.

Makes being client facing so much easier

What do you like best about the product?
The search bar feature so I can find key points of my conversation fast and easily without having to spend time reviewing the whole conversation or listening to full dialogues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside there's for me is that in the Spanish conversations the transcript is not as accurate as in English so there a need to spend more time manually analyzing the dialogue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one my conversations are mora natural because I don't take notes while my prospect talks, I can review calls and I can learn from the calls of more experienced member of my team

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to identify key words and pinpoint where they are said on the calls!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the fast forward and rewind feature glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to go back and review calls, see where I made a mistake, and correct them for the future.
