Great tool for re-evaluating performance and sales training
What do you like best about the product?
I just started a new sales position, and I love being able to go and "sit in" on other sales rep's previous calls, learn more about what our clients need, and great responses to questions I wouldn't of been able glean on my own volition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like reading the transcripts, but I don't like how it minimizes the video as much as it does. If they were able to add another view with a display under the full size video that would be best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to go back over sessions I've done before additional meetings and pull out the things they say they need in addition to personal touches that help build rapport.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have our calls/meetings/transcripts uploaded and organized by the deal/company. We use Gong integrated with Salesloft, Gmail and Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem we had was that sometimes the calls were not uploaded automatically to the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mentoring is much easier and it helps us foster our feedback culture, having a detailed view of how we are working as individuals and as a team.

QASA form is missing, it would be helpful if that is included as it would reduce the double work done by QA

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visibility that Gong gives me into calls that peers are having with current customers along with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using Gong with my team for a few weeks and have not come across any feature gaps yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to listen to calls that my teammates have had. Because Gong records my calls, I no longer have to fuss around with Zoom recording settings or uploading my recordings to a folder for other members of my team to access. Now, I can just send them a link.

I would recommend trying it out as it is a straightforward program with an easy to use interface
Complete Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Talk track metrics, ease of onboarding and deal cycle/timeline review (previous prospect history and current cycle insights). I truly do not know how I onboarded in any sales role previously without Gong. It is still essential to my day-to-day as an Enterprise sales rep and saves an incredible amount of time when researching, pitching and closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more connection points to other tools in our tech stack, and it could be easier to take notes within the platform. Some manual inputs ideally could be automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time wasted trying to track down in-flight reps to hop on discovery calls or demos when getting started has been completely eliminated. The timeline function of contact (email/calls - and a complete record of all!) reduces time spent in SFDC trying to track down sloppy notes from previous reps - or yourself :)

This tool will be essential to your sales team!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how visual the deal tracking is on gong. It took some getting used to because I've never used anything similar but it's been nice to have visual represntation of activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how "next steps" are not prompted tasks. If there were a task function (similar to HubSpot Sales in UI) that prompted the user to send an email or check status on a project, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track my deals and stay organized. I don't utilize the benefits of recorded calls but it's nice to know that they are there if i needed to refer to a specific conversation.

I love how easy it is to manage. The insights are fantastic and I love how it can provide valuable insights not only for sales, but also for marketing and product development.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deals tab is great but it has not been extremely useful so far. Also, it would be great to be able to identify speakers for audio/video that I manually load to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to solve our use case questions, improve how sales reps deliver our message, and provide feedback to the developers. We currently have more unknowns than knowns and Gong has been a big help with the discovery!

What do you dislike about the product?
-It was a great experience. I guess the only thing would be to make Gong more incorporated with other tools such as Zoom -- it would be great to toggle between both platforms easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I am new at my company, and I was watching a lot of Gong videos of earlier interviews with customers.
- Gong helped me get up to speed on the business and understand our customers' needs quickly.
- Note: For me, I thrive on hearing customers talk about their challenges in their own words. I prefer this approach to look at data or having someone tell me about our customers. In one day, I was able to watch 10 customer interviews. I binged on Gong

Gong is a great way to record meetings and share this information across the organization. In fact, you watch recordings of several meetings in one sitting.

No need for notes anymore!!
What do you like best about the product?
I can really listen to customers and not worry about getting all the call details written down. It's really easy to finish a call, go into Gong and then review the call by referring to the audio or the transcribed script. It's a piece of cake to refer back to customers' feedback now.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there are no cons. The tool is very user-friendly, and it requires minimal training to get up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customers feedback to improve our product. Also, the team can easily give me post-live feedback.. so I can improve my customer-facing skills.
