Great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great for staying on top of all of your deals as well as improving your pitches. The stats they provide are a great way to track engagement and improve your processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform includes everything I use. The only thing I would say I "dislike" is it took our team a bit to fully learn all of the capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to improve our sales process. The main thing we realized is our engagement ratings and have worked on ways to keep our calls more engaging.
Great tool for capturing call recordings
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for specific call recordings. Additionally how the data is captured within each video is very helpful. Lastly, the tracks at the bottom of the video help identify what content is being stated within; easy way to skip to the important details if needed
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that I'd say I dislike. The only point I'd make (and this is out of my personal control) is that some of the settings are managed by either an admin or within an integration so I cannot make edits to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been an incredible resource for training. Watching call recordings of my peers has helped me identify good talking points, areas to avoid, and tips for engaging in calls myself.
Really handy tool-wish I had known about Gong earlier!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is seamlessly integrated into our calls so I don't have to remember to record before every meeting. There are so many times during a call when I think "thank goodness this is being recorded"!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit hard to search for calls and I wish there was a bit more organization on how recordings are displayed/ organized so we can easily find them. Maybe some type of tagging functionality?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my role, we are focused on client satisfaction and understanding client's issues and pain points so we can better tailor their program strategy to suit their needs. Being able to listen back to recordings is extremely helpful not only for me to make sure I heard the customer correctly, but also to be able to share the exact conversation with others within my organization so the client's words are captured correctly.

Love the ability to record calls but also being able to have coaching along the way as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is anything to dislike it would be some of the organization of calls, but maybe that is due to certain orgs.

Learning on different calls and being able to share recorded calls with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to go back and review my calls so I know both what goes on in the call, which serves as great notes but also I can review myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit hard to read the chart which shows emails and calls on the blot chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bad note taking. I can remember call and customers needs better with Gong rather than just taking notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it daily to keep up with customer information.

What do you like best about the product?
When you rin back to back meetings listening is more importnant then note taking however the details can get lost in the conversation. I love Gong as it lets be in the moment with a customer or team member and allows me to go back for the details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish adding the gong invite was easier, often times the app does not insert itself into zoom or google calls conferences and I miss adding gong at the time. It can give me a sense of security that isn't always there

conversational details aren't falling through the cracks any longer. We can collaborate internally on client facing calls much easier and its far faster to get caught up on the conversations.

Use it in all client facing calls
Very useful for reviewing any notes that may have been missed

Recorded calls being sent via email shortly after meetings take place.

Customer is aware of recordings, which makes them uncomfortable at times due to privacy concerns.

Terrible instructions - Doesnt work, So frustrating

The only reason I use Gong is to share recordings with the team. The "revenue intelligence" is all bogus. Not very helpful

Trying to connect Gong with Rippling, their instructions don't work. Very frustrating

Very good service for reviewing calls, sharing feedback and training/coaching purposes.

The ability to go back and learn what was discussed based on the analysis of the conversation and words that were frequently used

None, as I don't have a frame of reference with other services similar to this one.
