What do you like best about the product?
Looking at past meetings to see how I can better position myself for my next call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being recorded, but I'll get over it! It's definitely taking some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to remember more from meetings, as well as gain insight on customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Purchase it! It truly does help.

easy access to every single sales call - this has been immensely helpful in identifying common consumer pain points as we have looked to update our messaging based on target personas

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to send call links to colleagues and the level of accuracy in the transcripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to explore integrations more. It would be interesting to compare and contrast syncing Gong to Outreach rather than using Kaia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to track past deals effectively and have a trusted source of notes to go off for prospecting, especially with reconnects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at their university, it's very comprehensive!

What do you like best about the product?
When I was an SDR, Gong allowed me to listen to other of my peers calls to see what they are doing to get more meetings.

When I got into Marketing, it allows me to listen to what are some things our customers are saying and I would use that to create a campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Gong yet.

Everything is working properly for me right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to understand what are some of my customers and prospects are saying, I really like the transcript part.

It's also mobile friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're in sales, marketing, or customer success -- I highly recommend Gong!

What do you like best about the product?
Over time we have built a large library of recorded customer calls which can be so useful when completeing a knowledge transfer or creating a strategic plan for an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
More templates and suggested questions that I can ask during a call to fill in a customer profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GONG allows me to be focused and present during the call. It helps me improve my presentation and oratory skills. I appreciate how it reminds of my commitments, follow-up notes and reminders to keep my deals current.

The best coaching tool ever!

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best coaching tool ever, especially in the new world of remote working. It is an excellent way for Reps to listen to themselves and other top performers to get better. And as a manager, it makes the coaching process so much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's a little slow sometimes but that's most likely my internet or VPN. It is also a little clunky and some of the features do not apply to my position but that's not Gong's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater new hire ramp time as well as it's an awesome tool to get more tenured folks better at their sales positions and a great way for top reps to start mentoring new reps using the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the transcription feature. I can easily search through what the customer has said, re listen to calls, make sure I'm accurately refelcting the next meeting based on what's most imporant to the customer and nothing gets lost in translation
What do you dislike about the product?
I only dislike that my whole sales team hasn't adopted Gong simply becuse of the lack of google integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need for excessive note taking, I can be completely present with the customer

Great experience using Gong, especially different people separate audio formats availability.

Nothing as of now. Easy system access and good functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can record and listen to my calls as well as listen to teammates, as well. We can share our best demos with the team to learn from each other and listen to our own conversations with customers in case certain action items or tidbits were missed. Gong goes as far past to analyze every part of the call to provide insights and suggestions as well! It's a game-changer for how sales reps learn and improve their conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still need to get a grasp on how the pipeline and deal stage components of Gong works. We need to get our Salesforce integration in place to help with this. This would bring the full power of Gong together instead of just recording / listening to calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Reps can go back and listen to their past conversations to identify potential improvements and in case important information was missed
- Gong analyzes every call to provide insights and suggestions. Their technology can tag certain topics and stages of the convo i.e. Pricing, Action Items etc.
- Reps can listen to each other's conversations to learn from each other or ramp up on new products. Very helpful for our Sales team since we recently went through an acquisition and need to learn the new products.
- Very helpful customer support and onboarding team. You can tell Gong is a great, customer-oriented company. I love the content they come out with for sales best practices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A pilot was very helpful to prove out the value. There can be some hesitation with reps thinking Gong will turn their management into "big brother" but it's all about how it's positioned for the benefit of the rep to learn from themselves and others while tracking all of their conversations in one place. It's more of learning/optimization tool than a listening tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Happy to hear so many sales professionals bring valuable inputs to the platform through their pitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Maybe I would be happy to see people from my country share their pitches here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problem of active listening, cognitive thinking with a lot of patience. I usually rush to answer and that has improved over the time hearing other sales folks.
