Really amazing sales tool, that should be first to get for any sales org.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to easily go over a sales call and review it. See how long each speaker has spoken for. And content they provide is great for learning. The mobile application is great to use when in the car or at the gym.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcript is not that accurate and to highlight a snippet could be confusing if you don't know how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales call analyzing and being able to grow our own product with our product team.
A pretty awesome tool for a new digital world
What do you like best about the product?
The differentiation of the voices, so you can recognize who speaks. Also the way that Gong works, that record the meetings automatically and send you an email with the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't read the transcript with the size of the video bigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I working as a product owner, and I have a lot of calls. Gong gives us the possibility to review the calls, understand the gaps of the calls and give a double click on it.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of intel this gives you from a management standpoint for coaching is fantastic. The reps do not have to wait for coaching either, as some alerts and items are right in front of their face. Also, the team can easily hear each other's calls to understand what's working and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything right now, maybe in another six months once we have a solid understanding, but it has everything plus more I can think of in a tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having enough time in a day to listen to sales presentations and calls, this has it all recorded, transcribed, and highlighted on areas I would listen to. The trackers are great not just for sales but for other departments as well to hear what leads are saying.

What do you like best about the product?
Too many features to list, but mainly I love the ability to go back to my recordings so that if I missed taking a critical note, I can get all the info, to get the perfect summary and learn for the future how to get better in my questions.

the search functionality can get a bit more granular. Some searchess bring too many results.

Auto-recording of calls and auto-saving of transcripts, wherein we can review any time, is the best feature. Moreover, it has "points of interest," which states some key points mentioned in the call
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much of a dislike, but I would love to see some NLPs applied on the text/transcript of the conversations to auto-suggest what are the insights derived from the call, what are the commonalities from multiple prospect conversations, improvement areas in rep pitches, and so on.

Problems solved: Auto-capturing all conversations to understand and take notes at a later point of time and focus only on the existing meeting

Gong has become my go-to business intelligence platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can gain visibility into which team members are talking to my accounts so I can get up to speed quickly. I also find the analytics that Gong provides on my deals to be really helpful. For example, through Gong I know that when I have 3 more more direct touch points I am more likely to close the deal.

There is so much to the platform that sometimes it gets too complex and hard to navigate around to get to my most important insights quickly.

Gong is an absolute must-have for scaling sales teams. It allows managers to do sales coaching in a much more effective manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to take notes and can review calls later to improve my talk track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to say! It's pretty good. I can't really think of anything.

Being able to review my calls and get feedback from my manager and other team members. I've become better after the feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been an excellent tool in reviewing my calls with my clients. I like that I can see the breakdown of how much I talked compared to my client. Being able to keyword search is also very helpful in finding other calls about a specific topic I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found to Gong so far is it can be a little buggy. There have been instances where the calls are not automatically uploaded as they should be. Additionally, there have been times where, in the middle of a recording, it just stops playing and you have to restart the web page and find your place where you left off all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to review my client calls as well as members of my training team so that we may improve our processes on the phone. This allows me to learn from any mistakes I've made and implement best practices in future trainings.
