What do you like best about the product?
Love the transcription, how quickly the recorded calls are up and already transcribed. It's incredible for understanding past conversations with prospects or accounts. Definitely a game-changer for our sales team
What do you dislike about the product?
Some calls do not get recorded and uploaded to Gong - wish that all calls were.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There can be lack of communication between the SDRs and the AEs - now there is no issue because the communication is all visible for everyone and anyone to view and understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Enabling salespeople to replay calls, search content, and learn; it is a brilliant tool to spread knowledge across the team, learn from previous experiences and improve whenever necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes, when replaying a call, you could get disconnected, and the only workaround is to refresh the page and go back to where you got disconnected,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learned from experienced colleagues by watching the recorded calls and quickly getting to the relevant parts for my skills. I've also using it to improve my presentation and communication skills.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability of Gong to transcribe, skip speakers and fast forward has made it so much easier to pay attention to the prospect during the call and quickly review and capture notes after
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing bad to say on this. the features of Gong are more than helpful and works well with my Zoom meetings and promptly delivers an email when the recording is ready
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best thing about this is capturing the relevant data from each speaker and then going back to make sure that i have all the action items captured from the call. also allows me to follow up in a more intelligent manner as i can listed to the answers of the question and make notes on the responses

Gong has helped me become a better salesperson

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it easy to go and review my calls with my manager. It also helps with reminding me what I talked about on calls and gives me notifications to keep my pipeline fresh and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I've had with Gong is having to explain the use of it on calls with new clients. It comes into calls as "notetaker" and a lot of clients just think I have someone taking notes for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Gong I couldn't have my manager on all of my calls, and it was hard to recap something with my boss. Now it's easy to pin him in my Gong calls when I have questions or want him to review something.

What do you like best about the product?
How it allows me to look back at a call so that if I forgot one important detail, I can go back and listen to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything. The tool is incredible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering important details about the call I made, being able to get coaching from my manager, and listening to successful rep's calls and how they go about them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. You will NOT regret it.

Love the transcript ability, it is so helpful when multitasking during calls and being able to go back and reference things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Sometimes it takes a little long to process but other than that nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so much easier to find notes for calls—definitely a huge time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is excellent for listening to sales calls and learning from them. The library gives access to many calls and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The activity tab isn't much of a use for me.

I am gaining insight into how the sales calls are done, allowing me to better perform my job as a marketer.

I can filter the meetings with key works

I can't download the data report from Gong, for example, to pull out how many calls my team recorded in a month/week.

Monitor how the sales team is educating/pitching to the clients.
