Huge time saver & great accountability tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Trackers, action items, being able to focus on my customers during the call because I don't have to take notes. No need to recap calls to internal stakeholders anymore, I can simply share the recording or pull snippets from the transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
The salesforce integration could be a little more user friendly, and I wish it were more accessible to employees that are not actively engaged on the Gong platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team accountability is significantly improved by gong. Training new employees becomes much easier because they can listen to exemplary calls or calls that did not go well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The time savings of using Gong and the learnings for both tenured and new employees make Gong a very valuable sales tool. We are able to effectively track action items, feedback on products and customer support, and use the chronological timeline tool to understand all touch points in the customer journey from email to phone call.

I don't particularly appreciate that it doesn't always appear at my meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to go back and review a call after the fact, and also the tracking of metrics of each call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything a don't like, I would say that search could be a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve my sales process, and increases my team's ability to be on the same page for the customer.

This is the right call recorder.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the various functions Gong has that enable leaders to quickly find calls, see key insights about those calls, and provide feedback on those calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Gong had more robust tracking of coachings to function as a performance tool beyond just recorded calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A main problem our organization is solving with Gong is providing key insight on best practices for peak performers that we would otherwise not have visibility into.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the insights that I get from Gong, I really don't need to take notes anymore because I know that everything will be in Gong. It is great to see all the topics I covered on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, love everything and all the new features they have been releasing are awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a lot more efficient using Gong. I can quickly go back and cover the call with my team and see where I can improve as well as just get info on what to follow up on.

You won't be sorry implementing Gong

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to go back, listen to the call again, and focus on areas that relate to qualification. I am also sending out a copy of the recording after every call to the customer to help them be on the same page as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly very little I dislike about Gong. Overall the tool is very self-explanatory and easy to use. The only thing they could change is their ads are a bit much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have ADHD, and paying attention is difficult! Being able to review the call multiple times and share it with others helps me make sure I am capturing everything that is said.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the technology, being able to go back and review both myself and my teammates has helped us become a unit. The transcripts are also very helpful, usually use them when I'm unable to listen.
What do you dislike about the product?
ALthough I do like the transcript feature I feel as if there are some bugs that could be corrected to make it a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been onboarding for a sales position and being able to listen to my senior members has been able to bridge gaps between newbies and senior leadership. The best benefit I would say is being able to review each other

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong integrates opportunities into recaps/notifications. In addition, I appreciate the summary insights as well as the transcript. The ratings are also helpful as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there were sound settings in Gong, maybe there are but a feature to minimize background noise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording customer calls to share with my team. Listening back to calls to see where we could have improved the conversation- in addition, this is very helpful for won/lost analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see where in the call certain topics are discussed. It is helpful for training purposes

Gong is a very insightful resource that has helped me in my career, there is nothing I dislike about Gong

Problems solved have been verbiage with customers, learning where to say something else, learning how to deal with a specific objection

Sometimes the format can be difficult to search.

When I need to review something I have no experience with, gong offers that option to see what steps I may take in the future.
