What do you like best about the product?
able to refer to video/transcript for follow up info and key discussion points/buyer feedback. Can rewatch and find good body signals and new opportunities too!
What do you dislike about the product?
platform is a bit confusing to toggle and setup custom filters/use full capabilities...another training session should help though. Also would remove the notetaker's intro (where they say it's being recorded) so buyer's aren't asking me what notetaker is in every meeting I'm in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
note taking efficiency and lack of head count (can watch the mtg after which helps if no one was joining from my team)

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review calls and utilize the stats feature to learn how to improve call flow. playback is really important for discovering any topics that were discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe there are any features that I would say I "dislike"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
playback and reviewing discussions help with highlighting specific topics of discussion; using this feature allows me to jump to specific areas of the call.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of setup, sharing calls made easy, and so much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much... I'll need to think about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hearing customers first hand, improving Sales Execs skills and performance.

Great tool for long, technical conversations

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great way to retain a large amount of technical data without having to split your attention writing or typing notes. Not only does it record the call to be able to play back, but it also transcribes and then groups the conversation for easy reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcription and therefore the AI can miscategorize and therefore give incorrect feedback in regards to subjects being talked about. Not a huge issue, but it would be better to just leave it uncategorized rather than miscatergorized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been a great way to scale sales call coaching- both for review of new sales reps, along with finding more seasoned reps best calls to be able to share with the rookies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As far as I can tell, it is the best solution out there- definitely give it a shot.

What do you like best about the product?
Reviewing calls has never been so easy to refer back to. The keyword tools and annotations are super helpful to find exactly what a customer said or what I said in the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing here to dislike. The integration with Google Meets is amazing and I am very thankful to have this tool at my disposal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer expectations, customer feedback and making it easier to hand off from Sales to Customer Success. The benefits I have realized: time saving, better customer relationships and efficient feedback loop.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get this in your tech stack for both Sales and Customer Success. It is a game changer!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to analyze the interaction between the customer and the representative. Using keywords for searching the calls and based on that data making business decisions that only help increase revenue!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very new tool that we have recently implemented, and we did not have something similar prior, therefore not able to detect any downside or a dislike I would have as a user!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are documenting each call made with customers, to be able to analyze them and provide them with better customer service.
We use the same date for QA-ing the team, and coaching the low performers!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A tool which every company that has teams wich interact with customers, to do sales over the phone should have it, and will see a positive impact!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review my calls at a later time is helpful. I can also search keywords to find distinct points in my conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this time. I'm a big fan

I now have the ability for my coaches to review my calls and give me positive feedback. It has definitely helped me to refine my pitch.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; Provides great insights on different types of interactions with clients and leads, really helpful for tracking and improving overall performance;
What do you dislike about the product?
There's room for improvement on analytics of calls and meetings (numbers of questions, points of interest, etc.), especially when speaking in languages that are not English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking performance on interactions with leads;
Reviewing calls to indetify opportunities for improvement;
Insights for coaching and training.

Call sharing is the best part of Gong. It is super easy to share snippets internally and externally
