What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track/monitor/listen to previous calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - their product is by far my favorite in our stack

Re-listening to old information that I forgot from client conversations
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is a user-friendly tool. It's easy for me to search a specific part of the recording, it translates the content automatically and it was clear to rewind and check what my meeting was about. We can share a part of the recording with another team member, this is especially useful when we want to only share a demo part with my customer without sending the full content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The translation isn't always accurate, but it's understandable due to different accents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Gong to record our meetings with clients and it helps us to get back and review what we've covered. The reminder feature is super useful, Gong also detect my to-do list automatically, it catches the 'I will follow up' and reminds me to send a follow-up email.
Gong is the one app that you can't aford to miss !
What do you like best about the product?
It not only resumes all the calls you had but gives unbelievable data to work with. It is amazing how smart this application is compared to others in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have absolutely no words against it, the menu is very easy to use, and you can navigate through it very easily

We need to review our work daily and Gong makes it very easy to do. It is just super helpful.

You just can't go wrong, this system is awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
Using gong to write my summary emails and reviewing calls ahead of time is fundamental in my process. Gong is baked into our sales process from meeting booked to closed won!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I absolutely love gong. I have recommended it many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being present in meetings because I know I can review calls and demos after the fact. I'm way more effective in calls when I'm not focused on taking notes.
Great system that catalogues all recordings that can be used for training later

The cataloging of previous recordings can help for later training

The search function can be a lot better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This system catalogs older customer calls to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Having ADHD like I do Gong helps me keep track of all the little emails and things to update.
What do you like best about the product?
Call recordings and being able to re-read a transcript and have action items highlighted is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything to complain about as far as I know. Gong is pretty badass, and it certainly helps keep things clean and organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Me forgetting about things I need to do or forgetting exact numbers like how much I told a certain person is a thing of the past.

My god, if you are a forgetful person, sign up already.

The calls sometimes don't record, but that seems to be a technical issue that we need to work on.

Saving time and finding calls that are relevant to our metrics.

hard to edit the videos down to the specific timer and not very searchable when it comes to titles for the videos
