Great feedback, intelligent tool

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has a tremendous user interface. I especially found the transcription and comment area helpful. The AI tool that Gong runs off of provides details as to what was discussed on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcription can be a bit off. The wrong words appear in the transcription, which makes it difficult to discern what was said. Seems like they are working on this however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note-taking is a huge feature of Gong. It allows the callers to speak freely without having to worry about writing down important notes. It also allows calls to be graded which improves performance.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about the platform is how easy it is to use, set up, and integrate with our existing sales enablement stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here, really satisfied with Gong's product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps our reps ramp up in a much faster period of time - giving us an easier way to get people up to speed and also collaborate on active deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that at the end of the day, I can listen back to my calls for anything I missed. My leadership can provide feedback for improving my calls. It is great to see the stats on how long I talk vs others on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Points of Interest could be a bit better. It would be great to pull out Action Items those on the call mentioned wanting. I am sure this will get better as the program learns, but having a checklist of items discussed as wants/to-dos at the end; can always refine those if some are not valid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to be more active in the conversation and take fewer notes in real-time. I pay close attention to the Stats published on the call review to understand how involved all those on the call were and if spoke too much.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the parameters set to help you become a better version of yourself. The insights and reminders surrounding the discussion are such a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything that I dislike about Gong. It's constructive for you while highly beneficial for your clients. The research and the intelligent machine learning on each call are spectacular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is essential in shaping and forming you to be a better listener and be highly efficient in your role. The reminders to send emails, the keywords called out are pretty helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see a timeline of emails/calls. Being able to go back and watch recordings of past calls. The transcripts with details. Being able to see who talked and for how long.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients that dont want us to record yet! The time it takes to process recording. The way the filters work to find calls (our firm needs to do a better job naming calls)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits: never have to second guess action items (can be reviewed), anyone on the team can get caught up if they have to miss a call (no more sending email summaries)

What do you like best about the product?
Having the recordings to search keywords and have the transcripts. Very easy to use. Helps me coach SDRs when I can literally search how many times someone said "you know" or "sort of" etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I wish call recordings were uploaded immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to listen to calls and grow and learn off those has been support helpful for myself and coaching.

Been able to record and transcript zoom meetings with your customers
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, I disliked all the email notifications in my inbox; however, I created a folder for Gong and so far is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Been able to follow up on the interactions I have with my customers in a timely and effective way.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides transcripts on every recorded which makes your follow-up process super easy as you can quickly extract the topics discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong will send me emails about 'actions' that need to be completed but when clicking the hyperlink you get redirected back to the home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped our sales team identify weaknesses in pitches and closes. This is one of the main benefits of Gong as we can quickly learn how and what to correct.

What do you like best about the product?
it tells you exactly what filler words you're using and if you're talking too much. this allows me to fox how i'm demoing to clients and adjust how my talk tracks
What do you dislike about the product?
at times you feel like big brother is watching. this isn't always the best when you're nervous about a call. also at times i feel like the analytics are off. it also records dead space
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's telling me if i need to adjust my talk tracks so i can be more efficient and more productive. i've closed more deals because of Gong and believe it has to do with the analytics

Great help with polishing a sales pitch!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that gong is there to help refine my sales pitch when I can't seem to figure out where a call went wrong. I'm so happy that I'm able to just click a couple of buttons and pull up the call to find the weak points in the conversation, and fix them in subsequent phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes around 15 minutes sometimes for a call to load, but overall this is fine because typically you're dialing for the next 15 minutes anyway. It doesn't get in the way of anything on a NORMAL day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to tell where my pitch is weak or my tone is off and also where I'm losing customers, specifically during different parts of the pitch because they are color-marked as well!
