What do you like best about the product?
I can listen to reps and see what they did great and what they can improve on
What do you dislike about the product?
That not all calls are recorded, or it can be challenging to filter to a specific call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping reps have better interactions with customers. Also, we can see what agents need to change.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth having. I've seen reps have better demos

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review calls, send the call to others for review, see the points in the call that are worth skipping to and when there is down time you can just forward through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get an email every day with all of the Gong calls from that day. I suppose this is helpful to some people but it would be nice to easily opt out of this feature. I am content to just open Gong through Okta and review calls when I need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems of not being able to concisely review what happened during a call with management. Now I can just send a link, listen together, and go over the call and what could be improved.

Use it often.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with my meeting invites so that I don't have to set it up every single time I use it. People can leave notes on my calls about what to say/not to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a prospect/client jumps on the call it gives off an alert message that tells everyone the call is being recorded. It's just a little annoying when first trying to greet people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with training if I'm just starting out I don't have to have a bunch of people on the call with me. I can listen to calls from other reps insead of sitting in on theirs as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is invaluable for reviewing conversations, notes I missed, and previous account history, even installations for troubleshooting and understanding where we left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only inconvenience is having to navigate to a separate site/application... would love this built right into Salesloft or SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better notetaking, more accurate details, ability to relay customer's words back to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been very impactful in helping me both get up to speed in my new role quickly as well as relisten to calls while I am putting together follow up materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong does not necessarily auto-categorize information but you can find it pretty easily with their easy-to-use search bar. You can also search by employee name which is nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me learn about the solutions we offer, what clients like/dislike, what I may have missed during a call and ultimately help us get better as a company.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the workflows for automatically adding the AI recording tool to your calendar meetings, and the integrations with Salesforce, and the calendar/email providers ensure you have all the helpful information on each deal at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to remove the recording tool from your meetings, or it can not show up to meetings. This may be an admin issue, but it's something to be aware of and build smart rules around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gong to record our meetings and fill in the gaps on anything we missed. It's a great library of our team's deals, but also the deal intelligence allows us to look at deals holistically and ensure none of them are "at risk".
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your entire team is utilizing the tool so you maximize the value of collaborative information.

What do you like best about the product?
As a new hire, Gong has been an incredible resource to learn talk tracks, search for key phrases, and review my specific teammates' calls to help me learn quickly and grow.
In addition to official documentation and training resources offered by my company, Gong has made the first customer calls seem less daunting because I know the information I'm delivering in my call is consistent with the rest of my team.
The transcripts captured are also great, I can search for relevant words/phrases and also scroll to the section of the call where a topic is discussed, and then share it! So awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet experienced features that I dislike. The only feature that I was a bit unclear about setting up properly was automatic call recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The efficiency of finding information has greatly improved since I began using Gong.
Also, not having to worry as much about capturing every tiny detail my customer says because I know that I can come back to the transcript later if I wasn't able to capture the topic points in my notes at the time of discussion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Gong if you are looking to improve training and capture customer calls in detail.

Nice resource for Calls

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has provided the ability to go back and review calls and do follow ups. There have been many times I have needed to go back and replay or reference information and it's been invaluable in finding it quickly and easily. Stats and other information provided are also helpful. It also provides email reporting so I know how many calls I have scheduled or completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcription can sometimes be skewed but you do have the recording you can listen to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to track calls, see how long you are talking vs others on the call and what points are being made. Helpful for referring back for information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team needs coaching or has a need to refer back and review calls this product will work for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard with calls and the AI that shows when you talk about pricing or next steps
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot search for the words in the transcriptions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved away from chorus and Gong has delivered more than I expected. I am not the financial buyer but it helps me with the productivity by sending me notifications to watch out my pipeline in risk and propensity

What do you like best about the product?
Transcripts are my absolute favorite part of the entire product. The video recording is nice but really having a quick view back of exactly what a customer said and when has been a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, my only complaint is with the interface itself; you can't have a LARGE view of the video and the transcript up at the same time, which would be super nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our poor memory. I say that a bit tongue in cheek because it's nearly impossible to remember exactly what a client said 2.5 months ago but GONG knows and make sure that we can pick up right where we left off with a customer.
