What do you like best about the product?
Reviewing my tutoring sessions for details missed and for personal growth.

Nothing so far, it is a very useful tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving is getting fast and accurate feedback from colleagues and managers. The benefit is the feedback given is time-stamped at the exact time the feedback applies.

Being able to look back at client conversations when details are in doubt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have encountered. There haven't been any issues.

Misremembered details, transfer of data from previous ownership to current ownership.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the machine learning that goes into determining schemas around words: not only does Gong show the words our team Versus customers/prospects use, but it also groups them and gives us the ability to sort by those. It makes what was intangible, time-consuming, and manual into something simple and actionable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say what there is to dislike, it's more that sometimes Gong may prioritize 'points of interest' that aren't as important as other things. I imagine there's a way to prioritize what is or isn't shown on the sidebar, but if not, it's still a great tool anyways.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Major benefits: We can see the most important questions asked and likely responses to better coach sales teams, and hear where resistance points are from customers. Not only that but CX team can use this to actualize what the most common questions are for customers so we can cater our automated learning messages to their needs, as well as change our roadmap with the customer in mind. Rather than rely on memory of an hour-long call, or someone to listen to it and transcribe notes, Gong gives insights automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to see the deal progression that includes calls and emails exchanged. Additionally, I believe the platform is very user friendly and easy to use which I also enjoy!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, my only ask would be to have a setting in between 1.0-1.25x speed that is easier to listen to. The salesforce integration could work better for my organization as well. There is nothing else that I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my talk tracks in terms of opening a call. As I am new to the role, it is also a great tool to leverage to listen to other leaders/Account Executives calls to hear how they drive sales conversations accross multiple types of meetings (discovery, presentation, negotiation, next steps).

What do you like best about the product?
The transcripts of the calls. If you get someone to tell you their email, but you are having a hard time spelling it, GONG will provide the spelling for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that it does not record every single call since some states have restrictions on the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to talk to clients, I can fix my mistakes during the calls.
Great Solution! Allows me to review how well we did on a sales call.

Integrates with Zoom and allows me to listen to meetings afteward and get insights.

I haven't found anything that I don't like so far.

Getting updates on meetings I missed and reviewing sales calls afterward to make improvements for future sales calls.

I honestly don't have time to listen to 2000 calls every week, but Gong does.. and it tells me what I need to know! Great

The amount of time that it takes to update once a new tacker was added

The transcription is pretty good as well as the breakdown of the recording.

Navigating the tool is not the easiest. I didn't really understand how to find the recorded gongs initially from the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing how much I talk during a product demo. I appreciate that my sales manager can see what I am doing; it holds me accountable. It's beneficial for coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the automated emails I get from them. Everything works just fine, I just prefer to have Gong there when I need it. I don't need to get those automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not having any problems with Gong. I've seen the benefit of being able to receive sales coaching from my director of sales. He can listen to my calls and see how I am presenting and give me feedback.

I dont dislike much about gong! I really enjoy using the platform.

I have realized that my pitch changes in my voice when I answer a call and I have wanted to change that.
