Meeting Minutes Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Once you have installed Gong, it will automatically follow you to every meeting in your calendar, even if you used different platforms. Once you determine if it's needed or not, you can easily keep Gong in your call to record your meeting, or you can expel with a click of a button.
Also, recordings are easily downloaded if you want, or you can share them by the link provided. All of your recordings have meeting minutes and video recordings.

What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps about 3 months' worth of content and then it starts to delete. Sometimes I needed to have to access to a meeting that took place some time ago and it's gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great, the simple fact I can go back and review my minutes in case I missed anything. Also, if you are not big into note-taking - Gong takes care of that problem for you. I do a lot of trainings and being to provide our client with the link to the recording and they can download if they wish has been key.

What do you like best about the product?
Call transcription and deal review. The progress tracking with accounts is also extremely valuable for newer /ramping reps. Helps reps streamline communication and improve customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing at the moment. I've used chorus in the past and Gong is way better in pretty much every way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal review (to shorten sales cycle). Preparing for customer calls (improves potential revenue amounts of opps).
Also improving onboarding experience for new reps - speeds up ramp time by facilitating best practice.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows our information to be well organized and is easy to use for multiple people within the company. It is easily shareable within the company so that a variety of people are able to use it and take advantage of its benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it is the styling for my company specifically. But all the purple coloring is a little hard to look at for a long time. It doesn't always seem to mark that I have watched a video after watching it, so I have occasionally relistened to the same call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to listen to the voice of our customers from a variety of departments. It allows us to learn and understand what the customer is looking for within our product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to tap into my reps calls at any point and make a difference to their progress without being intrusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't listen and give feedback on live calls and that there is no way to mark if this call is a connect with a DM

Being able to point out certain wording and other valuable tidbits that we want to get across to our customers has helped a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to reference key points in a call and also to have my team quickly study calls from the good the bad and the ugly. This tool is a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little easier for the AI to pick up on transcriptions but understandbly that is not the core feature of this product. Otherwise 10/10 love it.

Training my sales teams to be better in meetings, negotiating, and just generally delivering exceptional experiences.

Gong is a great tool to invest in! It has done wonders for our company and the development and improvement of our agents! I would recommend GONG! 10/10.

There is nothing I would like to change about GONG! THE tool is excellent, and the support from their team is even better!

We are increasing our sales conversion rates and ensuring that our agents continuously get coaching and learn from their peers.
Easy to use, collaborative and find the feedback to be immensely helpful.

Points of Interest are valuable. I appreciate the insight about my talk time, discovery questions and relevant data points that will help advance the sales cycle.

I wish Gong had individual dashboards to that you wouldn't have to search for your calls.

Solving the problem of missing important data points that help advance the sale. Appreciate the benefit of feedback on conducting a better discovery and demo that leads to a shorter sales cycle and closed sales opportunitites.

I love the call transcriptions. Super easy to review calls for recap emails, prepare for further conversations, and proactively seek coaching from management.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little intimidating for the individual contributor, without any prior experience or formalized product training.

What's my pipeline? How are my deals progressing? What deals need attention? Where did my deal fall off?

Onboarding simplified. Tool to be more present.
What do you like best about the product?
This made my onboarding incredibly easy. Has allowed me to be a fly on the wall for client call best practices across multiple teams. I would have never been able to ingest as much by sitting in on meetings - not only enables me to listen on my own time, but at 1.5-2x speed.
Additionally, this has helped me be far more present in my meetings, not concerned about catching every detail in my notes. The ability to go back afterward and ensure I have captured everything is a complete game changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it would keep track of my listening progress so that if I got halfway through a call, closed out of that tab, and came back at a later time, that I could start from the same point.

Gong allows us to create consistent messaging across all external facing employees, and to get rich feedback from colleagues. Allows us to pull data about topics discussed.
