The best software for intelligence!
What do you like best about the product?
Surfaces real information about who should be on the calls to get the deal done; trackers are a total game-changer for looking at GTM strategies. It helps us plan our campaigns around words that prospects are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was a native salesforce integration, sometimes it glitches and you can't see the deal board. It doesn't always give you everything you need to see what's going on with a deal so having to have SFDC open at the same time to compare is a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's surfaced huge insights into what we could improve both for our BDR and Sales teams. We also use it for planning GTM frameworks into the future and jamming on strategy.
How Gong is changing the sales game!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to watch playback at 2x speed and search for specific conversation topics makes it easy to review conversations, making you feel more confident in your next call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong has been pretty great so far and I don't think there's anything that jumps to mind that would make it immediately better. Well done Gong!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SDR training and sales strategy refinement at the account level.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to listen to my own calls to see how I can improve when speaking to my clients. I also love all of the data and tracking ability, as this allows me to set goals for myself and hold myself accountable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel that the conversation translation is always accurate or even close to what is being said on the call. I feel there is room for major improvements on the translation of words being said during calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to eliminate the words "um", "uh", "ah", from much of my vocabulary when speaking to customers. I never realized how much I was using these in transition and feel that the elimination of these will greatly improve my credibility with clients.

I like how easy it is to send the recordings to internal and external people. Makes it very easy after the call is over.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is when the client joins the call, it gives just enough time for them to say hi before it cuts them off with the automated message. Maybe have different timing for that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to record calls easily and just have a written transcript is amazing. That is something we have never had before. I am seeing great benefits in the system with recordings so my clients can review the calls back fully, especially with QBR's,

What do you like best about the product?
tool is incredibly helpful getting AE's ramped up and coaching - we use tool significantly during our cycles to prep and make sure we aren't missing anything in our deals

not much - tool is powerful, constantly coming out with new features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting New AE's ramped and ready to hit the ground running building pipeline. Able to have new hires contribute more quickly. We use during our sales cycles to make sure we're not missing any details and preparing for our follow up calls.

I like the fact that if I forget to notate something, I can go back into the system and review my conversation.

There are no features that I dislike so far.

The main feature of this app is the UI (interface), which is very friendly and easy to navigate.

A must sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great. It records your&team calls so you can always go back and listen to them to take notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript feature is overall good but it's still lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to pay full attention in my calls and go back if I missed anything

There's a lot to like but if I had to pick what I like best it would be the ability to load keywords

The audio to transcript functionality could continue being refined. It's somewhat humorous on occasion. You'll still know exactly that they're saying though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from coaching moments, product feedback, generating leads, preparation for upcoming calls. It's been absolutely crucial as we scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best in class in my opinion. Make sure you integrate it to the fullest capability - salesforce, slack, iOS app, etc. should be something that's pretty much used everyday
A Must have in the Revenue Space
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has made its platform both easy to use and relevant to coach alongside with. I have used other Conversation Intelligence tools, and Gongs support team and design make this a top-tier product for Revenue teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say I would love more connection and involvement of Gong within Salesforce. It's hard to get the full Gong views without leaving Salesforce and going into the Gong platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to provide coaching and more structured 1:1's for our reps. It was a big miss and didn't have a coaching culture. Gong has provided us a baseline for the culture and a way to track the improvement.
