What do you like best about the product?
Enhance your ability to listen to my calls to improve coaching and peer listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of having to record the calls was easier at my previous company, LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client follow-up emails, ensuring no items are forgotten. Ability to revisit previous calls to leverage them to my advantage.
Powerful product with incredible insights
What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it easy to get calls into the system and performs analysis we wouldn't get with any other system
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to log internal calls when needed, so an easier way to do that would be ideal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is powerful for coaching and noting important parts of calls, like competitor stories or pricing
First time using Gong
What do you like best about the product?
I started an AE role at a new company 4 months ago and have found Gong to be a beneficial tool throughout my onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used Gong much since I started feeling confident with running meetings on my own. After the initial onboarding, it hasn't been needed as much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to be able to watch my team members' calls to get more experience on how to structure my calls. It's also been helpful to listen back to my own calls to see what I did well and what I could do better.
Gong is a great learning tool for salespeople and their leaders.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Zoom conferencing calls makes for easy recording and review after demos, allowing for training and collaboration to take place. The AI that breaks down the call into different sections (recognizing introductions, product walkthroughs, pricing, next steps, etc.) is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things I dislike about it, but I wish it had the capability to automatically review my demos and suggest improvements based on industry benchmarks and company benchmarks for top performers (without me having to dissect all of that myself) and then give me a weekly email for review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-awareness is critical for improvement in sales. Allowing my leaders to review my demos and provide constructive criticism and tips is very helpful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows you to take a step back & listen to how you handled a call, making sure you're compliant at all times and making sure you gave the customer a tremendous & personalized experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the "system" mislabels a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, Gong allows you to perform at your best by being compliant, enabling the customer to relax & be a little less wary about the process. The benefits are a better "selling" environment for us as loan officers allowing us to help our consumers make informed decisions.
Great tool for Sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having the ability to listen to calls from various reps, companies, topics, etc. The data included on Gong is insightful and helps us improve our selling, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see the keyword search become a little more refined - perhaps share calls with topics related to the selected key word and not only the specific keyword.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a newer employee, Gong has helped get me up to speed and allowed me to experience a variety of calls/situations I had yet to share to see how other teammates navigated those conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Recording, Text Transcript, sharing, To do lists, Feedback -- Great UI, very usable, integrates with Zoom. No additional work and great return for value with recordings, ability to create folders and a feed. Amazing, really.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to dislike. I see where a certain type of management team could use this in a micro manage-y way. My particular company is not that way. It is really about improving and internal communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the feedback; I have a tendency to respond to quickly so that is helpful to realize. Also, very helpful meta data with competitive info too, like who they mention. Saves alot of time and very useful in a tech sale when you need to convey info to Engineer

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organized recordings and the tracking of topics discussed during the call. Gong has been especially helpful for me after being away from work on maternity leave for a few months. I have been able to go back and listen to a few calls that I would've otherwise been involved in as well as a few calls pertaining to the new solution I will be supporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being recorded sometimes makes people nervous, and I've noticed this shown through the recording at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing calls to understand how my peers have overcome issues they've faced has helped me a great deal.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps record your calls seamlessly and provides great AI-generated feedback. You can ask for your manager to critique your calls as well. Easy to use and share calls with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much dislike yet. Overall it's a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reviewing calls, getting coaching, seeing areas where you can improve, helps if you forget to take notes during part of your call, you can send the recorded call to your prospect.

When Gong records your conversations, the software breakdowns the vocabulary and even the tone to help identify areas of improvement or success.
What do you dislike about the product?
have not found anything I am not pleased with yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can listen to past conversations and rethink an approach I may not have taken when faced with a challenging question or situation with a customer!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to attend the welcome/onboarding session a Gong Representative will hold. It is very insightful, and you learn the sale tactics that I have used within the software!
