Great for CSMs
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to review calls with leadership, tag support, etc., for any outstanding items I can't address, which helps get questions answered that much quicker. It's also effortless to share calls with customers that need them. We've embedded recording within zoom, which makes functionality smoother too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for calls to post takes longer than I need with how busy I get sometimes, but it is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turnaround times for responses to customer feedback and questions are greatly improved with the ability to tag team members at specific times, as well as snip the call and share internally or externally to whoever needs it. Also, reviewing calls is a great tool for onboarding new employees as they can see the flow of meetings, agendas, etc. on their own time before joining any calls themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to use when you need a refresher on what you and the customer discussed in your previous meeting. It's a great way to fill in other team members that weren't on the call as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcribing function could be better. I have had times where the transcribing function was way off. It is a good feature for looking for quick points in a call, but it's a bit unreliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can reference calls for key information during our customer conversations. It's been very helpful when I need to follow up with a customer and need a refresher on what was discussed in our previous calls.

Its a great tool for referencing calls and getting the information you may have missed.
Best Call Analysis Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The analysis post call and being able to easily review the tape and gain valuable insights

The transcription sometimes is hard to read.

If you are in Sales- you need GONG!
What do you like best about the product?
We all know that even the best of sales people can not capture all the verbal/non-verbal cues that take place in a sales call. Gong allows you to carefully review the follow ups and feedback during your calls and also assess your own delivery of presentations in calls. It's an invaluable tool to share with others in your organization as well. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all- like everything about the use of Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to accurately follow up post call is solved by Gong when you look at the transcript and replay. Your benefits include improving your delivery skills in calls by seeing yourself honestly from a presentation standpoint. Sharing calls is easier when you can simply have others in your org view snipets of a call interaction.

Allows you to be fully engaged with the call and use a review / look back of the recording to gather meeting notes. Perfect way to listen to other calls without being intrusive.

At this point nothing, its a solid tool for sales teams.

Visibility into the client facing meetings of colleagues, best practice sharing, perfect non intrusive lookback at your own sales calls.

Gong - Great Training and Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Gong for about a month and the best thing that I like about it is the ability to easily review a call and see where I am spending the most time during a prospect call.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have yet to find something that I dislike. The tool is very easy to use and gives a lot of important feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many times that in the past, I have gotten off of a call and started reviewing my notes to see areas that I feel I missed an important detail. Gong allows me to go back and review that call and make sure that my notes are correct and detailed. It also allows me to focus more on the client during the call as I know that I can go back to review if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super easy to navigate! I can easily share recordings internally and externally with clients. I also like the ability to increase the speed for a quick listen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I enjoy using Gong! It would be great if I was able to see who viewed the recording. It shows it's being reviewed but I would like to know who reviewed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share recordings with clients without having to download an entire recording and taking up memory on my workstation was a problem but with Gong, it's as easy as sharing a link.
Perfect for teams that need help staying organized
What do you like best about the product?
I recently joined a new team and Gong has helped me look back at my teams work with clients to better prepare for how I will structure my calls in the role. It also helps to be able to review my own work as I am in the deal cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find calls - they either don't populate under the client name or the employee name, but if you spend an extra minute looking around, you can usually dig it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization during many active deal cycles. I've learned that reviewing my last call with a client on high speed before entering the next call with the same client gives me insight as to where to pick up my conversations and clients are impressed.
