Solid Information for Solid Decisions

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and only takes minutes to learn.
The ability to read the transcript while playing.
Search, Transcript, ability to create and use Filters.
Easier to use and more accurate transcripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the less than 100% accuracy of the transcripts but, I compensate knowing from experience how to choose search words.
That's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who said what and when. I deal with problem-solving, and I am responsible for the best experience we can give our customers and partners. Sometimes I have to find a single word or a phrase that can make all the difference. This makes a big difference in customers' lives and also has been invaluable to training.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to get feedback from managers (without having to role play, which I personally hate) - plus, I can watch more seasoned teammates and learn from the way that they position our offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides to Gong. Sometimes the transcript is off, but that's hard to perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping our team align on positioning and branding.

What do you like best about the product?
The voice-to-text function is very helpful when producing meeting minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voice-to-text feature does not understand technical jargon and has a difficult time with ESL folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The voice-to-text feature is a benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
being able to listen to my own calls and my coworkers call in a space I would not otherwise be able.
What do you dislike about the product?
having to wait for calls to upload instead of having calls upload right after I hang up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relistening to my calls, remembering conversations and emails that I maybe missed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool when reviewing the transcripts of your meetings and thus avoids being distracted by taking notes, in the same way, you can review work meetings to keep up to date with important meetings with key clients
What do you dislike about the product?
some times the transcripts are not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to spend time taking meeting notes and I can focus 100% on communicating with the client

What do you like best about the product?
The insight and visibility management and colleagues can get from the tool is invaluable. Not only from a self improvement opinion but as a team development tool its a must have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing as yet I can find wrong with the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has undoubtedly helped me become a more confident seller; I improve daily from not only reviewing my own calls but the insight I can gain from viewing my colleague's calls are invaluable, and it definitely has had a significant impact on my selling ability. It is a must for every sales team. You cant actively improve your results without a tool like this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The results and upside far outweigh the cost. This is a must for any sales team who are serious about growth and active learning, and improving.

What do you like best about the product?
The trackers and analytics are the best part of Gong. It's helped me refine my sales process and get insight into where I'm strongest and where I need more work during my calls with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call transcriptions are off fairly often, not in any significant way, but this is a place that can improve. Also, the search feature could be a little more developed. These aren't major complaints at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have only good things to say about Gong. It's made my life in sales so much more productive and helped me strengthen my calls with prospects.

The Best Teacher

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the best tool for helping account managers learn from their peers. The account managers want to learn and succeed. Gong is the best teacher. The more any individual account manager listens to Gong, the more productive they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our org uses Gong extensively. I inherited the system and wasn't involved in the setup. It hasn't been easy finding out how to modify things. I am glad Gong is stable but, I have trouble finding ways to make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily as a teaching tool. We are planning to use it to keep account managers on script. We have found that the more people follow their run books, the better the outcomes in sales, fulfillment, and everywhere else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The sooner you dive in, the easier it will be to realize the benefits. It seems a little 'big brother' at first but its very helpful in all aspects of the organzation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong takes notes for me on calls. it records call and transcribes them which is great. Another great element is that I get access to the team calls which helps me learn from their wins and misses. It has been super helpful onboarding with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any dislikes. You'll have to be comfortable recording conversations (legally, of course), and that means notifying folks that calls are being recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps salespeople the way film helps athletes. You can review what you did and learn from it faster. With Gong, I needed fewer at-bats to get up to speed quickly and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Review calls, understand what has been communicated to the customer. I appreciate the simple nature of Gong.

Nothing so far. I haven't been able to break anything yet.

Training, Learning, Solving issues for the customer. The list is ongoing.
