love gong. everything i've ever wanted.
What do you like best about the product?
i love that every call is immediately recorded and it's easy to follow along afterwards. Love that I skip around as i please -- i can skip to the next speaker, the next topic, etc. I also love that i can see trends with my calls, like how long i speak, how long the prospect speaks, how i set next steps and pitch across the board, instead of trying to remember from my head. i think this is also a great way to ramp up and train new reps. when i first started, i was religious about listening to gong calls to get an understanding of how to talk about our product. so i love gong the most for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
there honestly aren't a ton of dislikes for me. i use it mostly as a note-taking mechanism and a place to go back to to get more clarity on how to answer a question from another rep's calls. so my usage isn't as extensive as a manager's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problems i'm solving are my bad notetaking skills and poor memory. it's easy for me to refer back to a call in a deal and be clear about exactly what was discussed so i can move forward accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
I absoluetly love the LEVEL of integrations: Specifically gmail. I cool feature youy could add is video snippets or edits within recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely love Gong. Also I love the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, since the pandemic, everything is virtual. I love having a digital trail for all these meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
As a CSM who is on calls sharing my screen with customers all day, I love using Gong to refer back to my calls to send efficient recap emails with all of the customers that I've spoken to throughout the day. It's also great if you walk a customer through a specific use case, and can send a snippet of the recording as opposed to retyping all of the instructions over email. As a manager in addition to an individual contributor, it also helps me to review my team's calls and offer advice, next steps and feedback when they feel that a call could have gone better, or are unsure of which next steps to take with the account
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really enjoy the recorder announcing itself when it joins the meeting room, but I have a feeling that's a security issue that can't be avoided
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability for sending resources that have been promised to customers, and shaping valuable agendas for meetings, based on what was discussed during the previous meeting

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a perpetual note-taker, but I don't get all the important things all the time. The fact that I can go back and listen to my sales calls and get all the important stuff 100% of the time is incredible! Also, the transcripts with my action items are just a bonus!

There's not much that I dislike. I use this product regularly and haven't found anything yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that Gong has helped me to be a better listener. I don't need to take notes during my call because I know I can go back and listen to my meeting afterward.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the fact that i can go back and listen to customer communication and can use the recordings for training new reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limitations of atleast 3 calls, so if the reps forgot to turn it on, I could not listen to their recordings.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is so great at breaking down calls and telling you exactly where you succeed and need more help. It's also great for predicting how a call went and how the deal will go. Amazing software and highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, Sometimes it can be finicky to add to calls, but for the solution it provides, well worth the hassle. I'd recommend being very diligent so you can get the most out of it.

There is nothing missing as of yet. Sometimes the transcribed notes don't pick up the proper words said.

What do you like best about the product?
I am responsible for helping our customers realize the value of our product. In my meetings, we discuss many technical details, and it isn't easy to take detailed notes during these weekly 1+ hour sessions. Gong has been instrumental for me to capture all the details for proper follow-up calls, documenting issues for support and new features needed, giving me deep rapport with my customers.
