Simple and Slick
What do you like best about the product?
The auto recording capability so that I don't have to remember to hit record is amazing. As well Gong sends the recording directly, so I don't have to worry about file size.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts can sometimes be a little wonky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent one-stop-shop for everything on your prospecting clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is easy to use and review calls by yourself and your peers. It is a great way to be transparent in your sales process and for others to learn

There is nothing wrong with Gong and I believe you will see the same thing.

I have been able to work on my pitch by listening to my peers and taking parts of theirs to perfect mine
A great way to prep for customer calls
What do you like best about the product?
That I don't have to worry so much about catching everything in a call by taking notes, but I can review the call. Especially when taking over another team member's accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the text transcript is way off, but understand that it's still a good feature. And sometimes the transcription makes me laugh - so that's a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking over other team member's accounts and not feeling completely lost. Being new to a team and learning from customer calls even if I am not available to shadow them live.

Great solution to managing sales cycles and customer success.

Takes some time for calls to be fully recorded and on the Gong website.

Ensuring I can look back at calls and share with colleagues. I do like that you can also share snippets to individuals as well.

The ability to review all the calls your Sales team members make without having to shadow them so you can do this in your own time.

The prompts for "stalled" deals needs more work as not always completely accurate

Ensuring the Sales executives follow the Sales cadence and progress the deals in a timely manner.

The information isn't as detailed or easy to find in our marketing automation system.

Wonderful Resource to Improve, Analyze & Celebrate Quality Calls
What do you like best about the product?
Navigation, ease of use for myself and my teammates are great features. Gong is a transparent medium to explore successful co-workers activity, which helps others grow beyond the present knowledge / operational capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations with Outbound Calls recording in certain US states. For states like California, it can be challenging to review or implement a coaching session for those prospecting activites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access Messages and how others utilize them within the T-Mobile organization. The ability to sit down and review others' successful calls helps me grow in my SDR role more quickly vs. not having this resource.

Gong - Superior Sales Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature in Gong is the ability to use advanced searches with keywords to find recorded calls the fit your specific criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to come up with something I dislike about Gong. Nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am consistently improving my cold outreach skills by analyzing my team's and my cold calls.
