What do you like best about the product?
How you can review all your calls and gong emphasizes keywords. It is very user friendly and better than any other programs I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, i mean everything can be improved but for the use I am looking for it checks all my boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly track and find key parts of conversations I have had with customers to streamline all my reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can learn from my recordings along with learning from my peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. Gong has been super helpful

I am learning about our product more from hearing account executives' calls.

Amazing tool for sales rep performance and call coaching

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy gong makes it to coach reps on the spot and to provide feedback on their calls. The analysis and trend tools make it easy to draw connections between performance on calls and demos with results. I like using the deal portion of Gong as well and being able to easily track the lifecycle of opportunities and a sales reps engagement with their prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about gong!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Gong to manage sales rep performance and to track why we win and why we lose from a marketing and product perspective. Using the tool, we are able to coach reps and help them improve their selling skills.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
100% it is a tool that we need to manage sales rep performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Love having Gong easily and automatically "join" calls and then adding notes and tagging relevant users to the
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes getting to "invite" gong to a call or start recording can take too long
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of keeping call records to review feedback and tasks plus easily include other relevant team members who were not able to join a call.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive, insightful, and connects all of the related sales enablement tools to track customer engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind - only feature I'd like is connecting to a cell phone to track when/how long you've engaged prospects via cell but I'm sure there are data privacy restrictions to include that as a connection point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking engagement with customers, identifying key feedback points, giving real-time feedback to team members, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong video captures the customer's thoughts and words with no interpretation. The video is shared with anyone who needs the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is not available to everyone in the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager I receive the raw information from customers and prospects, in their own words about my products.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can go through a recording and view the words in which i am looking for. I suppose i could have taken notes about the matter but i lean on Gong for that!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that the transcript skips up and down when i go through the transcript and it matches up with whats playing in the video. that part is not so good because you look your spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem in which i run into when i need to pay attention in a call and cant because im taking notes. gong allows me to be present in my client calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get Gong! It has helped us tech sales people immensely. I can stay present in my conversations

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there is a transcript on each call so if I miss something I can go back and find it and fill in notes accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in a new role, so Gong is great for coaching and learning about what I should do on future calls.

Great sales tool for better strategizing and understanding your client relationships

What do you like best about the product?
That I can see the previous calls that my clients have done, that I can see different analytics and stats. It helps me analyze my performance and understand the client better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I cannot hear the person speaking very well, and I have to relisten the call several times. But other than that, I love Gong! Nothing to complain, fantastic product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding client needs, learning how to do future calls, preparing for meetings with clients by reviewing their past conversations. Saves me a lot of time and energy!

UI is a bit too complex. Booking function sometimes malfunction.

Recording is really easy with Gong. I love learning from other recordings.
