Great tool for internal growth and learning

What do you like best about the product?
Access to all footage of calls helps me as an SDR prepare for being an AE because I can hear how my co-workers are handling calls, questions they are asking, and the knowledge they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the user interface was a little smoother. Sometimes it's hard to find certain calls and navigating the app can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong brings light to all prospect-facing conversations that were previously only stored in notes and memory.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps coaching, improvements on what AEs should focus on, development check ins and just a good overall tool for assetment

I think the functionality is great if they continue to add in more forecasting and AI data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To really hear how we handle prospects and take them through our sales process.

not a lot, maybe the transcript is a bit rough most of the time but other than that its ok.

Amazing tool that improves the sales process

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we are able to record the entire sales conversation. This makes sure I am able to go back and see what I missed when writing down notes during a sales conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that the site can be a bit finicky and slow. Overall the positives far outway any of the negatives that I have experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share demo calls that I have with prospects internally so that I can get help and insight from my entire team. This is really helping with closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
giving our product team access to our discovery and demo calls was vital in our PLG model, we added a tracker for "Product Team" to tag conversations for them to listen to later

validation on our sales process, "are the reps following the sales plays?"

the interface is very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing "core" to Gong that I dislike but small details that are annoying (may have been fixed by the time you read this):
not able to change call owner or speaker if inaccurate
not about to gate some calls from other listeners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
optimizing our Sales Plays: what discovery questions to ask, when should we position a demo, how long should the demo be, common themes on deals that close.
product research: what do prospects like, how to prioritize feature requests, product team hearing from the customer's voice not reading a sales rep's notes.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can go in and listen to other reps' calls and see how they pitch, pick up some tips and then implement what fits for me and it only takes a few minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
it is a little hard to find the exact minute where an objection is overcome- I don't like waiting

I have solved my lack of confidence with my pitch and tone. I realized I didn't know what i didn't know!

What do you like best about the product?
A call is no longer a transitory event; it is now a document for collaboration and reference. Want to ask a coworker for advice? Link them to the relevant part of the call. Can't remember exactly what was said? Go back and watch it. Want to learn from your peers? Find their calls and watch them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is a overly strong term here but it does take some setup to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to get the most benefit out of a single customer call.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can see all activity related to a deal in one place to see if deals are falling behind. And the best part is the SFDC integration, it pushes so much data to SFDC and it transcribes the conversation!
What do you dislike about the product?
The way gong is pushing activities to our salesforce isn't the best. Its currently recognizes meetings as calls, and it is making this very difficult to accurately track in SFDC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to see deals that have gone stale, and we can follow up with reps when we see deals like this. It allows management to get an eagle-eye view of our sales reps.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can go back and review my calls to ensure I didn't miss or forget anything. Or if I was unable to attend a live call, I can review it later. Gong has also been an excellent teaching tool for me and my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I wish this tool did that it doesn't currently do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not always able to take notes during my calls/meetings. Gong lets me go back and review both the recording and the transcripts to make sure nothing gets forgotten.

It's easy to revise the calls and navigate between the various sections and participants' inputs.

The voice quality needs improvement, and the transcripts could be more accurate.
