Gong is a sales game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to revisit calls and ensure that next steps are met. When you have long demo calls you can sometimes miss important takes from the prospect so having the ability to go back and hear things that made them speak allow me to deliver quality follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
That our current integration with Salesforce doesn't actually put links for me to click to easily get to the calls. I love that they get stored there, but I would like to click the call and go right to it or even have the ability to share with the prospect right from SF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearer understanding of what transpired on sales / client follow up calls. Balls are no longer dropped and expectations continue to get met. Sharing the call with prospects also keeps them in the loop on what we discussed so everyone is always on the same page.
Gong is the main resource we use to review our past calls to improve our performance
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the best follow up tool in our company because we can use it to rate our calls and help us better to assist our callers and listening to our own calls helps us to improve our delivery to our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
The Transcripts aren't user friendly I tried to utilize it once and the conversations never matches up with the actual spoken words via transcript
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use GONG to listen to my calls and if I missed something I need from the caller I can locate the call and listen to it also I can listen to my delivery of assistance to my callers and use that to improve wherever I may fall short

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super easy to use. Even a complete beginner can work their way through, and the result at the end is a quality recording that can be utilized for coaching, building client relations. It creates an excellent resource for field market and more
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor audio issues, but nothing that would bother 99 out of 100 people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding what's happening in my meetingsI can use it to track interctions
Gong makes it super easy to find specific sections of calls – couldn't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to zero in on specific sections based on who spoke. The transcript feature is also really handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't consistently been able to automate adding assistant@gong.io to all my Zoom calls – I always add the email manually just in case.

Review quality of customer calls, provide supporting review doc to customers.

The way you can do callibration sessions with your colleagues and hear and improve your tasks.

The way you can't hear the sound sometimes correctly.

The way to learn new things from your colleagues while working at the same time.

Gong is extremely helpful to be able to review and revise calls
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that transcripts are offered, allowing you to read and break down what happened within the call. It is also super helpful to see the percentages of who is speaking!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I specifically dislike. It can sometimes be difficult if you leave the page and reload it; you lose your place in the video you are watching and reviewing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is just measuring the quality of sales calls. Previously we would have to go through each call individually; this automates the entire process.
Impressive software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's able to determine the talk ratio between the client and I. Some other great features about GONG is being able to grab certain keywords from the conversation and highlight them. I also like the "patience" feature where it tells me how many seconds do I wait before I speak.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing so far. There were times where the recorded didn't capture the zoom meeting and I had to upload the video. Because of that, it doesn't tell me the "patience" feature and does not provide the transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It drives sales effectiveness across the entire team. What's great about it is it can pick up keywords like what competitors do our clients work with as well. Are there features that our clients don't like about our product? What do they like about the services we provide? Rather than taking notes, GONG solves that issue for us.

Gong is such a helpful tool for Sales so we can review our pitch, make improvements, and also remember what our prospects tell us! Adios to writing notes when you have Gong to record everything :)

There's so much data within Gong that I am not always sure how to use it all effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tremendously helpful in allowing me to focus on what my customer is saying instead of worrying about taking notes fast enough

The pipeline predictions are fantastic but the most useful feature is reviewing precious calls for learning and planning next account steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Hubspot can be a little weak

Finding out common objections, so we can prepare better in advance. As well as more accurately predicting when deals are at risk.

Give it a try, the conversation intelligence alone is so valuable before uncovering the rest of the tool's capabilities.

1. Intuitive UI, easy to use
2. Scorecards are extremely useful to provide feedback and report on that feedback.
3. Creating Trackers to identify or group certain product calls for feedback. Helps a lot while customizing deal flow.

1. Transcripts are not 100% accurate
2. Integration with Salesforce is great but sometimes it does not link the calls with the account correctly.
3. When reps use a different meeting link not scheduled from Gong, we lose out on tracking those calls.

1. Gong gave us a better understanding of the deal flow and brought more visibility to the sales team.

I'd say it is the best tool out there to measure sales pipeline, record and analyze calls, and track sales activities.
