Onboarding & training simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and great to have all previous recordings in one place. The analytics provided from those calls provide helpful insight as to how to improve and monitor performance
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major problems with Gong. It can sometimes be hard to find the type of call your looking for if you don't know the account name or title of the call. This is really not serious though

Training and onboarding have been super easy. To have access to thousands of your teams calls in one place makes learning a new role and product a breeze.
Another major benefit is being able to monitor your own performance as well as access information from previous calls you may have missed.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very interesting tool that helps take notes for you during the call; you can use it to remind yourself of what happened during the call or learn what your colleagues did

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Sales Operations Administrator for TrustedSite. As someone consistently helping our sales team become better reps, I have found Gong to be a very beneficial tool. We hold weekly call reviews and improve our sales strategy, as well as save clips and information from our recordings using Gong. Gong is integrated with our Zoom and Outreach account, making it extremely valuable for our sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a function in Gong to be challenging to use. Gong is a great tool that I believe any company with a sales team should be utilizing, especially if you have any outbound or inbound calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here at TrustedSite we use Gong as a tool to review our calls with prospects and customers. With sales cadences changing throughout the year, Gong gives out team the opportunity to learn from others in the company and how they approach our customer/prospect database.
It does does so much more than just record your calls!
What do you like best about the product?
It records my calls; I can navigate to specific sections of the call using key word search; I like that I can easily send links to the call recordings to my customers (and edit / trim out any dead space at the beginning of the call); I like that I get warning reminders if any of my opportunities have been neglected for more than 14 days. When I was a new hire, I was able to get up to speed much faster by listening to my peers demo calls which were recorded in Gong! -- These are the key use cases which are most important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know my manager wishes there was a quick/easy way to restrict certain calls from certain groups ... example: If he has a private 1:1 call with an employee and does not want the other peer employees to be able to view the contents of that private call ... or if he has a leadership call with other managers or team leads, and wants that call to be privvy only to them and not their subordinates. Perhaps there's a way to do this ... if so, it's not easily visible to find?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of my active sales pipeline, and the ability to record/share calls both internally & externally.

Gong records notes and transcribers your call which makes following up a dream

Gong allows me to be fully engaged and focused in my calls knowing that I can quickly make notes using Gong after my call.
game changer for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep up with meetings around the company without having to sit in on them myself. Listening to important calls after the fact to take notes, or to go back and pick out key points for follow up have allowed me to streamline my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still getting used to the mobile version being different than desktop to access all calls but other than that it is performing as needed.

Gong has allowed us to know we are delivering with clients. Because of the automated reminder for follow ups and the ability to go back and verify what was said it makes us deliver to clients expectations 100% of the time.
You can do no Wrong with Gong
What do you like best about the product?
I can pull up my calls from the day before or an hour before and learn from them. Also, right in Gong, there is a place for you and other people to give immediate and direct feedback as to what happened in your conversation and phone call.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Gong is that you can't have Gong for every conversation I have in life. Because sometimes my wife will swear she told me to take out the trash or tell me something that happened at work, and it would be nice to go back and review a conversation we had with each other so that I am always on the same page. Like when she tells me something during Monday night football, and I just yeah yeah her. It would be nice to know why she is mad the next day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have started to be more aware of my tone when speaking to customers and how I react to different things said to me by the customer. I realized that sometimes I was changing my tone to be very excited when I saw a buying signal or heard a buying phrase, and I am trying to change that to have a more even tone the whole time I am in the conversation

Recommendations to others considering the product:
A fantastic tool for managing costumer interactions
It is looking amazing the tool but still a lot to work on the tracker triggers to be 100% efficient

The Data I can see it is beneficial to coach my team

The triggers for the trackers need to be more precise, as well as the filters in the calls could be better.
