What do you like best about the product?
Good for tracking deals, account engagement overall, divided transcript and accurate AI highlights for calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong Engage is awful in every single way compared to outreach. Would not recommend at all, flows are hard to get into, information is not readily available, sequencing is difficult to create and track, nothing is robust or scalable.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, outlines, library and folder functionality!
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more comprehensive sorting capabilities. More in depth folder organztion, labeling, ideas, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to reference calls at a moments notice, outline feature is excellent, in terms of quickly analyzing particular calls. Creating more in depth reference library is key.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very versatile and easy to use and it helps us to analyzes what’s said during calls which helps coach reps, improve messaging, and spot winning behaviors

As a data person i really like the ability to customize and alter dashbaords however gong has limited flexibility when trying to customize reports or dashboards for specific use cases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very big sales team due to which we faced a problem where sales managers complained that they cannot sit on every call and the notes by the reps are often incomplete or biased.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI, the date I can pull, and more importantly the level of support I receive from their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small feature requests but nothing significant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight into the actual voice of the customer, product adoption, enablement pathways, decreases the internal meetings around new customer onboarding, increased ramp time for new hires, mitigates churn.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to both learn and teach from a recorded call versus relying on word of mouth and handwritten notes. This has helped us keep a finger on the pulse of our clients and truly gives us an edge with account management.

UI could have been more intuitive, focussed more on Sales usage

When gong is in my meeting, i can focus completely on the discussion. It takes notes, records the meeting and share insights too about the call.

The summaries are a little wonky sometimes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app experience could be better — it feels limited compared to the desktop version. Also, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first when navigating the dashboards and reports, but once you get used to it, it’s very powerful.

Gong helps us identify what’s working and what’s not in our sales process by analyzing calls and tracking rep activities. It solves the problem of scattered sales data and gives us a clear, centralized view of our pipeline. It also eliminates the need for manual tracking, which saves time and improves accuracy. As a result, we’re able to focus on high-priority deals and coach our team more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how helpful it is from a training perspective. I can review colleagues calls and get a sense of how I should treat the customer. It's easy to use no complaints at all.

Nothing it is all amazing. Easy to navigate.
