What do you like best about the product?
Makes it super easy for follow up with my partners and gives great reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if there was a way to have Gong on ad hoc meetings in an easy way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall helps me be more effective and intentional with my partners

GONG - reflection of the traditional sales call

What do you like best about the product?
GONG is silently working in the background as you complete daily tasks and interact with your customers. GONG is not "another" clinky tool to use, but holds you accountable to perform better, grow and excel on each subsequent interaction you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of bells and whistles that GONG provides and I am only using the bare minimum to improve daily interactions with my customers. GNG may seem overwhelming if I did not have a counterpart walk me through the aspects that I do use now on a daily basis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in the TEAM STATS section of GONG, making sure to have a balance of Talk Ratio, short monologues to ensure the call is about the customer and not myself, allowing my customer the greatest time to talk about their stories and that there is good interactivity between myself and my customers. These tools provide an immediate reflection on what needs to change NOW for the next call, instead of continuing bad habits.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and provides easy insights post call for me to action up. Also very intuitive UI for navigating previous conversations with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the search feature doesn't return the results that I would like. Seems to have a hard time indexing titles of calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has been really beneficial to us and customers to provide actionable insight into next steps post call
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely suggest you give Gong a shot. Has been very invaluable.

It is helping to keep track of multiple conversations and find call info quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to review, track, and diagnose weak and solid sales cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes has trouble with foreign accents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to go back and review and ensure you didn't miss anything. Allows the entire team to collaborate, strategize, and learn from one another.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. I love the transcript capabilities.

I really have no problems with Gong. It is super easy and provides tremendous value.

Gong has allowed me to see how everyone is having success on the phones. Super helpful since we are remote and can't just ask. Also, it will help people onboard quicker because they can see a convo.

I like just about everything in gong. There are so many great tools.

We're solving having to schedule 1:1's and sifting through calls to do call reviews and feedback

What do you like best about the product?
The recording of the conversation with transcripts is a game changer, it really allows you to focus on having a conversation with your client, without having to take notes, it does it for you. You can go back to hear your recordings and it is ready and accessible immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It acts as an additional person on the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the time I have to take notes, and increasing productivity on client calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to review calls to check my approach and review client questions so I deliver post call. It provides the ideal chance learn and improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I thought clients may object but it's never happened. We are upfront about our use and offer to send recordings to them as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems.
