Constantly improve
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is constantly looking for ways to improve my calls and also is a terrible judge of myself, this gives me the ability to pinpoint areas of opportunity with my managers and teammates to get specific ways to improve.
I've also used it many times as a means of collecting evidence for renewal conversations and quotes for potential marketing opps.

What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts aren't always great- sometimes they're a bit silly. That said, you can 99% of the time pick out a keyword and find what you were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feedback loop & specific coaching without the need for leadership on calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of pulling calls from other reps to help further my knowledge.

Nothing that I know of now. I am relatively new to Gong, but so far, I think it's pretty user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being new to my company, I can listen to other team members qualifying calls and pitches.

The interface is easy to use and very clean.

The AI could be a bit smarter in filtering similar client quotes together.

I have noted a better understanding of sales calls and demos from outside their organization, which has led to better company unity towards our vision.
I wish this was around much earlier in my career!
What do you like best about the product?
Being on the sales and marketing side, business development side, etc. I find Gong to be of incredible value. When you're having discovery calls and conversations, you want to focus on the conversation entirely and not have your mind split between listening, taking notes, and thinking of what to say next. Gong has made those things incredibly easy to do during the call and, more importantly, after. I couldn't be happier with it, honestly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I'm honest, there isn't anything I dislike. At this point, you just want Gong to be able to do what it does so well, just better. Nothing negative to say at this point otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As explained above, not having to write notes myself as my calls are happening is incredible as far as staying locked into the subject at hand. Having recordings of the call to reference specific moments is excellent as well.
Great tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is essential for sales and other teams to track, review and improve sales calls. I am a product marketer who needs to work closely with sales team and this tool gives me all the insights to make the right decisions.
Its very easy to search for conversations and find out the right one based on keywords. definitely recommend to all business functions including sales.

Nothing at the moment. Great product with great features.

Get feedback from customers and share it with internal teams. This tool also helps sales improve conversion rate .

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to rely on Gong after any call to review the conversation, listen or find key information that you may have missed as part of the conversation. The recording makes it also very easy to send snippets to other people in the team as they are brought into the conversation and giving them real examples of background information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching of the call can be clunky with the search function or trying to find the right call on the home page.

Being able to remember calls from months ago, re-review calls with new team members, and share experiences of wins or losses to learn as we progress.
