Gong is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly review, share, and highlight calls is a significant benefit of Gong. Having Gong brings peace of mind knowing that I can spend more time actively listening during a call and less time note-taking. Gong has been fantastic to review the calls of my peers and learn from their examples. It is absolutely essential to my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The two areas for improvement that I would recommend are as follows:
1. The ability to search for calls containing a person, not necessarily the host.
2. Increased accuracy of the call transcription; however, this feature is still remarkably accurate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to ramp substantially quicker than I would have otherwise by using Gong. It provides access to valuable conversations that are vital learning opportunities for new reps. It has become a hub of sharing for our team where calls circulate. This has enabled improvement across the board.
Great for self-training
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use gong as an AE to watch back my and my teammate's calls. It's great to see how others approach pitches/objections etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike. There are some features I don't use like the deals or analytics - just because I don't need them.

this is 1st time i m using gong, I can say it's better than MS team.

it seems it worked well in low bandwidth.

As an SDR, it's instrumental in listening to my calls to get feedback on how I can improve and also to learn by listening to colleague's calls

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to re-listen to calls and review meetings. It sure beats trying to take notes while listening to what's going on!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to dislike about having these tools for evaluation, training, and reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of not taking complete notes or not hearing something correctly the first time, as well as two people hearing something differently. It also allows you to have the recordings for coaching, training, onboarding, history, etc.

a bit confusing to operate. need to do a full training on how to run it all

what key words or word-tracks to use to get deals/verbals. Benefits: hearing for myself what is/ is not working

Gong is easy to use and can listen to not only my calls also can listen to coworkers' calls. But also send calls to my lead to have them listen and coach me if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access my team member's calls to upskill myself as I prepare to dive deeper into my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside I've experienced is that it continues to disconnect from my inbox.

I'm learning more practical ways to use software I didn't have previous experience with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using Gong for new hires. It helps them to learn how to navigate conversations and trainings for their clients.
