I love Gong
What do you like best about the product?
being able to listen to my co-workers phone calls and hear what they are saying to get deals
What do you dislike about the product?
a bit confusing to operate. need to do a full training on how to run it all

what key words or word-tracks to use to get deals/verbals. Benefits: hearing for myself what is/ is not working

do a training on it first. get the app to listen to calls while driving

Gong is easy to use and can listen to not only my calls also can listen to coworkers' calls. But also send calls to my lead to have them listen and coach me if needed.

There is nothing so far that I don't like,

Gong helps me to know what I need to work on to improve my calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access my team member's calls to upskill myself as I prepare to dive deeper into my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside I've experienced is that it continues to disconnect from my inbox.

I'm learning more practical ways to use software I didn't have previous experience with.

I would recommend using Gong for new hires. It helps them to learn how to navigate conversations and trainings for their clients.

Transcription is amazingly accurate and has a really good analysis feature

ability to break down call manually and disect the discovery questions

What do you like best about the product?
I love Gong's interface and functionality. Its very easy to use and explore through the app. I love the data and analytics we get every day and week to help make actionable decisions. I am an SDR Leader, and in this world, the more call coaching my team can provide the fast and stronger my global sales team is going to get.

Honestly just would love to get more time in Gong, to continue to learn all of its rich features.

I am able to immediately catch where my reps are falling short on their calls and pinpoint to them exactly what they can improve on.

The ease of use and the information one can pull from gong.io is incredible.

Not knowing exactly how the deal tool is calculating pipeline in the reports.

Gong has given us insights into the conversation our team is having on the phone and in demos with potential customers that we would not have without the recordings.

User face is easy to follow and intuitive

Sometimes my calls won't appear from Salesforce.

By hearing my calls, I can improve on my language. It also serves as an easy tool to use whenever I want to listen to my calls.

The keyword recognition works incredibly well. It's also very very easy to find what you're looking for within all the calls stored in Gong, even if you're looking company wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some foreign language support is a bit glitchy, but from what I've heard that being worked on!

Reviewing team calls and critiquing each other is so much easier now. Also just always having a recording ready without having to worry about where it is.
