Love Gong!

What do you like best about the product?
I love Gong's interface and functionality. Its very easy to use and explore through the app. I love the data and analytics we get every day and week to help make actionable decisions. I am an SDR Leader, and in this world, the more call coaching my team can provide the fast and stronger my global sales team is going to get.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly just would love to get more time in Gong, to continue to learn all of its rich features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to immediately catch where my reps are falling short on their calls and pinpoint to them exactly what they can improve on.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the information one can pull from gong.io is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not knowing exactly how the deal tool is calculating pipeline in the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has given us insights into the conversation our team is having on the phone and in demos with potential customers that we would not have without the recordings.

It is a little bit hard to get a proper overview.

What do you like best about the product?
User face is easy to follow and intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my calls won't appear from Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By hearing my calls, I can improve on my language. It also serves as an easy tool to use whenever I want to listen to my calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The keyword recognition works incredibly well. It's also very very easy to find what you're looking for within all the calls stored in Gong, even if you're looking company wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some foreign language support is a bit glitchy, but from what I've heard that being worked on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing team calls and critiquing each other is so much easier now. Also just always having a recording ready without having to worry about where it is.

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to integrate it across the organization and allows us to get a very clear picture on our sales pipeline as well as input into customer success maintenance

Nothing much at this point, they're very fast with responding to issues and recommendation

It allows an easy recording to share client calls with the entire organization. A clear picture of current pipeline, insights into sales calls, action items and followups reminders

What do you like best about the product?
I love the transparency this platform allows to learn from my colleagues, especially in a remote environment. It's also great to be able to go back and listen from my own calls and skip around to what I need to listen to via the topics bar at the bottom of the calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. No downsides. The only thing I don't like is that I didn't discover Gong 10 years ago!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to be present on my calls without having to take frantic notes. Gong ensures that I do not miss any critical information from calls by allowing me to listen to past calls before my next call with the client - Gong's memory is much more reliable than my own!

Get Gong! It is guaranteed to affect your business positively!
