Gong has been great for onboarding remotely
What do you like best about the product?
I have just started a new role and it is completely remote. With being remote it has been awesome to search for examples of calls and see how my colleagues handled a specific topic. It has also been awesome to get feedback from my manager. We do weekly call reviews where we watch one team members call and talk through what went well and what could be improved
What do you dislike about the product?
I am new to Gong and sometimes it has been hard to search and find what I am looking for without knowing the exact name of the call I am looking for

Training is the biggest problem

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability for my calls to be quickly transcribed and loaded. It allows me to be able to quickly go back and listen to my calls and see what I'm doing well on and what I can improve on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing on Gong's end--depending on the state, you may not be able to hear the other side of the conversation due to legal matters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can hear my speech flow and direction in the conversation. I can critique and work on my pitches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for the demo! Really helpful with analysis.
Innovative software but not for every sales team
What do you like best about the product?
I love the call analyzing software, very easy to qualify prospects

Not as much tech available for android devices

We are able to review calls to personalize future meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface! Gong is great for peer review and training. I haven't had the chance to log my owns calls for review, but I am super excited to do so. There are so many things that one can miss when actively speaking in a meeting, and with the playback capabilities Gong has, there's an insight into those cues, body language, and tones that may be overlooked.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I do not have any critiques for Gong. My company pays for the service, and it has been of great use to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has given me the confidence to navigate any meetings with ease. So many benefits come with having examples of both successful calls and ones that need improvement.
Lifesaver for Managers and Team Leads
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is so organized and has all the functionality team leads and managers need to run a high functioning team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Getting around is a tiny bit difficult but only because there is so much functionality they offer so I can't complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team efficiencies, call recordings, visibility into deals, transcripts from calls and demos, key words immediately jumping to portions of calls, feedback to team easy and efficient.
Great Full-Featured Call Recording
What do you like best about the product?
Great breakdown of calls makes it easy to skip straight to where screenshares/slides are being displayed. Excellent integration with other systems such as salesforce/zoom/hubspot/etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI on the home screen to see and manage upcoming calls and sharing snippets could be a little cleaner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording sales team calls for improving messaging and training as well as gathering and sharing product feedback.
Call intelligence helps to scale our business remotely
What do you like best about the product?
Using Gong's transcripts and call intelligence we're able to introduce new conversations and coach on-call effectiveness without being on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. We're currently not integrated into our CRM and so we look forward to using the full functionality of the system in the future.

with Gong, we were trying to expand our visibility into rebranding efforts and adoption rates with the sales team.
Great Service to Track and Review Calls
What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of useful features I find helpful. The service offers a transcript option so that you can read through call instead of listening when you may not have the ability or don't want to listen in to each one. There is also a search option where you can search for key words (like a new promotion you are doing), and it pulls up all the calls in which the system detected that word or phrase used. I also like that I can share calls with a supervisor or notate the call with comments. When I have a difficult or great call, I can save it to listen to later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't had any issues as of yet. But I don't use it daily as QA, just when I want to listen to my own calls for clarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can listen to calls that I found difficult and get assistance on brainstorming other ways to have handled the calls. This helps me gain better call control and understand points of growth. I have access to the calls 24/7 and can share them with others so that working virtually is not a hindrance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast the transcripts are generated and the marking of timestamps by speakers and discussion topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could scroll through the transcript and click a certain sentence and the audio would jump to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses it to see how our customers talk about our products and we pull supporting quotes to include in our campaigns.
Gong better than the rest
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. Gong is so easy to use. You can easily filter to find any call you are looking for. I also love how Gong send me highlights with subtitles on my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a big downside yet. So far it has been easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me learn. I am always trying to get better at my trade and Gong makes it easy to go back and listen to my calls and hightlights from other's calls who are crushing it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just jump in and go for it. It is easy to use and you will learn as you go!
