Amazing Call Recording Service!

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of each and every call recorded so far on Gong has been top notch. I love how I am able to see key details like the dialogue by person, as well as the % of time each person has spoken during the call. I have never had any quality issues, with sound quality always being optimal. The transcript capability is also quite usesful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the time of the calls can be confusing. If I am looking for a call from my team that is above 1 minute, I see 0:33m, thinking that is a 33-minute call, but it turns out to be 33 seconds. Other than that, I have not come across any issues that would make me dislike the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for learning and discovery purposes. As I am in the software sales industry, we often use our team calls to reflect on how to improve. We also use our recorded calls to look back at techincal jargon to enhance our understanding and to ensure a seamless communication experience between our customers and us.

Instant and automatic recording. Ability to search calls for keywords.

Gong participant in calls, this also triggers the zoom notification that it has joined.d

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Gong is the ability to view a transcript and view the number of questions asked, how long I talked vs. how the long prospect talked, and seeing critical statements/features spoke about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say I don't dislike anything about Gong. 10/10 and highly recommend using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I'm solving with Gong is seeing where I'm losing sales and interest and being able to correct that the next time around. The main benefit, is being able to review all of my calls and have film sessions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation to others would be to review your calls at the end of each day and view the ket statistics. Questions asked, time talked, key statements, and action items

What do you like best about the product?
We mainly use Gong to share zoom calls externally with customers. We like how easy it is to record calls and then share the recorded called with external customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike how the Gong recorder is another participant in the zoom call. Some customers will ask what it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of sharing onboarding/training sessions with external customers. By sharing these sessions, we have spent less time re-engaging customers on features already covered.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool. Integrate it across all your internal teams to effectively capture the value. If you're in a customer-facing role, this is an ideal tool to stay organized managing multiple accounts/customers.

Incredibly helpful tool for Customer Success and Sales

What do you like best about the product?
I train every customer who comes through us on a zoom call. Having the ability to reference what I promised or said is a godsend. I love the fact that Gong emails you after calls to remind you of asks and promises addressed during the call. I also think that generally, it is a wonderful tool for bridging the gap between the Sales team and the Customer Success team. For a tech startup having a tool like Gong really helps keep goals on track when it comes to customer retention and growth. I don't worry about making statements I'll forget later. I also love that I am able to reshare calls for customers who are lost and confused after training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to find something you referenced in a call simply because there are things that it doesn't seem to translate well in the auto-generated transcript. I also can't seem to figure out how to just download the video file of the call (other than linking to the site), which has been frustrating for both myself as well as my customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It absolutely helps with customer knowledge gaps. I was able to easily share calls when we added a new CSM, which made my training her much easier. It also helps make the transition of clients easier- both from sales to success and from success team member to success team member. Being able to see complete interactions makes us all contribute to customer retention in a way that actually has a meaningful impact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong has integration into email as well as zoom that we personally utilize in multiple departments. I almost feel like I derive more benefit from it in my success role than the sales team does. (Although they benefit as well) being able to use it for training both internally and externally is a massive time saver. Being able to reinstruct clients who have lost their way quickly is magical.

What do you like best about the product?
I was a slow adopter to Gong because our company was leveraging it a just another piece of software. Over the past 4 months, I have found its ease-of-use to be essential in my day-to-day activities. I can share calls with clients in seconds and get instantaneous feedback once they have reviewed the call that I send to them.
Lately, our department has been creating a library of client calls to help with our internal onboarding of new CSMs.
Gong is a great tool with a multitude of options for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think integrating Gong and all of its features can be hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly sharing calls with clients that contain full call details and action items.

What do you like best about the product?
As a CSM for ObservePoint, Gong is my best friend. I love how I can dig back for the nitty gritty details in business conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I haven't seen anything I don't like so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a support team in our company and clipping videos from Gong helps to really approach issues straight from the mouths of our customers. Our support team has had more successful interactions with our customers as they resolve their issues the way our customers want them solved.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super helpful not only when listening to calls but identifying areas in the sales process that could use some improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far the software seems to be everything I need.

Gong helps solve issues in an active ongoing pipeline and allows collaborative effort in identifying key pieces of information to move a deal through to completion.
