Gong has been a game changer. It gives everyone on the Sales floor an opportunity to get better
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to listen to other reps and gain knowledge/perspective I didn't have prior to Gong. Also, being able to prep sales engineering for a customer meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
not everyone in our organization leverages the tool

It makes every salesperson better at their jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
The breakdown of key points of interest! This has helped me change the way I talk to clients. The insights of how long you spoke without a break, the interactivity of the call, etc all help framing pitches and talk tracks to have smoother, more impactful conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the feature to track email conversations is great - it would be awesome if the follow-up email composition was more clear and succint. It's pretty useless as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving quantifying your pitch and talk tracks. I've focused more on asking questions and getting the client to engage since using Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
As a BDR, I use Gong multiple times a day to review past interactions with accounts. Having the ability to read/listen to past conversations helps me greatly in communicating with my contacts

Occasionally communications aren't immediately available to see
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I avoid sending repeat messages to new contacts if they have spoken to a fellow team member in the past. I have benefited from listening to conversations and learning tips on what to say to prospects.

the ability to receive feedback quickly and efficiently. the ability to listen to my peers call and compare tactics. user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the filters are overwhelming. could be easier to find closes from peers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as a new employee, I have been to ramp up at a faster pace by listening to top performers and getting feedback on my calls.

Your new best friend for Sales and Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong records and creates a transcript of all my customer calls, allowing me to come back for reference, tag team members, and grab customer quotes for my business reviews, sales outreach, and internal and external user stories/case studies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few product fit and finish items I wish were available like re-naming a user on a call that I manually upload, but this is not a dealbreaker at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to train our Sales and CSM teams through constructive feedback and I have used the software features in Gong to practice patience, as well as listening to other calls to give constructive feedback to team members. Benefit is better, effective communication with your customers, who wouldn't want that?

What do you like best about the product?
Replaces extensive note taking, and provides transciption and talk time tracking for all calls.

Recording bot is sometimes missing from calls.

Able to be more present on calls as I have confidence nothing will be missed.

Allows me to get real insight into my team's performance without having to sit on a Zoom for call shadowing for hours each week

Not being able to remove items from my inbox is irritating - I like to see things as "done"

Solving: collaboration barriers due to remote work, as managers and colleagues can "shadow" calls without being on the phone. Great for new hires to hear what good looks like.
GONG is a tool every business with sales department needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong access is fast and easy via mobile or computer. The recorded calls are loaded quickly for review or reference. Calls made by colleagues are available for learning and review purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gong app is handy, and I haven't found a feature I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new sales rep, I have solved the problem of not having access to real examples.

Ease of referencing old conversations. .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be challenging to locate call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create seamless customer experiences by referencing conversations they've already had with colleagues. I also can miss a call and catch up on what I missed when I am free. I always now aim to recap follow-up at the end to I can easily go back to my last call and know what the takeaways were.
