What do you like best about the product?
The transcription is my favorite part of Gong. I write down phrases or words during my sales calls, and the technology makes it easy to search for an exact point in the conversation
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback. I've recommended Gong while on sales calls for other companies to use. It is by far my favorite part of any company tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be a forgetful person, and if I spend the entire call writing down notes, I seem distracted and disinterested in what my prospect is saying. Gong helps bridge that gap so that I can be fully engaged in the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search each call for specific mentions allowing you to skip listening to an entire call again to pinpoint important parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the service, it checks all the boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me properly analyze my meetings, breaking down effective tactics and understanding which ones need work.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to go back and review calls to better prepare for the next call. Detects mentions of essential words like competitors, pricing, and concerns that the client has. The abialty to search specific words. Suggesting better words to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversation isn't always translated correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong enables us to review the call transcripts with fellow employees and learn from past mistakes. If we didn't catch something during a call, we can easily go back and examine our call for note-taking purposes. The navigation in gong is user-friendly, and it's easy to find a specific spot in the call with the navigation menu. It's also a very valuable training tool to teach newer employees how we handle our business calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be slightly improved. I think the color scheme could be changed a little bit. Otherwise, it's a great functional tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use cases I've found most helpful are training, continuous learning, and relentless self-improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at Gong if you are looking for ways to improve your sales pitches and train new employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to re-listen to my calls for clarity and confirmation has been invaluable. Also, the ability to continuously find areas of improvement in my sales cycle and presentation cadence is something I never really had access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call transcription can be shaky at times, especially when there may be people accidentally talking over one another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed me to not be hyper-focused on traditional note-taking, whether it's via pen and paper or typing them out--both can be highly distracting not only for me but also for my audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you enable your users on the value-add of Gong otherwise, it may not be fully utilized to its potential.

What do you like best about the product?
Call transcriptions save me a lot of time and allow me to focus on the conversation while it is happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to say this is XYZ on a recorded line for the calls to be registered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting in the capacity of business development has never been easier. You can dive deep without the fear of missing out on information because you can't type fast enough.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a great tool for our onboarding process as it allows our new employees to review previous sales calls, team meetings, as well as review all recorded meetings within accounts they are joining.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the layout/organization of the software's interface could be more user friendly and easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows our new employees to quickly understand our process as well as catch up on various accounts. This takes a large chunk out of our onboarding process.

- Being able to analyze calls so easily (the analytic section is great)

What do you like best about the product?
Capabilities to record information about speakers, transcripts. Replay speed when reproducing videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, probably the search of recordings can be improved, sometimes if hard to find an specific recording if you are not aware of the details

Sharing recordings, gathering metrics, transcript capturing.
