Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud space. The platform can store a massive amount of calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to navigate in the platform.

I watch business pitches and training on Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the most valuable sales tool of all. I use it daily and I cannot stress the value that it adds to my business!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have audio issues where the playback is jumbled or too fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self awareness, self evaluation, supervision, and the sharing of best practices is improved through Gong use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Gong 10/10. I cannot measure the value that it has added to my business.
Fantastic tool for training and info sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to find calls based on attendees or dates or teams is fantastic. I've used GONG to review calls for transitioning accounts, learning more about regularly scheduled calls, tc. As a remote employee this tool has helped me 'listen in' on conversations like you would normally in an office setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, nothing! The interface is easy and call displays are clear and easy to see!

Training and keeping connected as a remote employee. It's been a fantastic tool to listen to how different team members hold calls, also to learn about new accounts I will be working with.

Hearing what I actually say on a call and refining the "pitch". Also, the ability to retrieve information that I may have missed on a call.

The ability to go back and listen to any call from any project within my organization; it has been most helpful to my onboarding process and the fact that it lets me know when the recording is available, and it has both audio, video, and audio transcript

Nothing to dislike about Gong. Product team always launching great stuff.

Has helped forecast accuracy A TON. Really helps me stay on top of follow up + deal next steps.
Best tool for sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me the opportunity to listen and improve my sales calls. With the almost instant recordings, I can decipher myself what went well, what didn't go well, and where I can improve for future calls. It also gives me the opportunity to listen to other sales members and learn from them. The flip side too allows my boss to jump on and provide critical feedback to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides to using Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me improve my calls and my skillset because it allows me to listen to my calls. My manager can also hop on provide feedback either together, or I can tag my manager to listen and provide input separately. It's awesome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would 100% invest in using Gong. Of all the sales tools I know of on the market, Gong is one of the best! It allows each sales team member to listen, review, and improve themselves and scale up as fast as possible. It's a critical tool that makes my job and my own personal improvement possible.
