Gong makes Sales simple
What do you like best about the product?
-Keeping track of my pipeline

What do you dislike about the product?
-When I update Hubspot with my Deal updates/Forecast changes, the changes don't reflect in Gong immediately (takes about an hour)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-We've been able to better manage our pipeline by using Gong. We needed a way to keep track of last contacted dates and stay in tune with who we have connected with at each company we're targeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The investment can make a good sales team become a great sales team without taking away from the productivity of your AE's

I'm able to pick apart others' demos and mine, to then create a better demo and script flow
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcription could always be better, but not a huge hindrance

I'm able to sell clearer and understand what type of role I play in the buying process.
Best Recording app out there
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with zoom is very useful. With this tool i no longer need to take notes manually or set reminders for following up. This app does it all. Even gives you a transcript

The sound of " this call is being recorded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Owning my follow-ups. Being a rep that manages 300+ accounts this tool has allowed me to better manage my accounts. I have better customer enagement and my churn has decreased
I love how you can integrate Gong with any meeting apps out there be it Teams, Zoom, Google Meet.
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with all the meeting apps makes it easier to share recordings with others and also use it for future training purposes

Subtitle Translation could be improved more

For training the future employees, Gong is certainly helpful

Entire conversations are transcribed almost instantly + the ability to share recordings easily internally & externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recorder doesn't always introduce itself at the right time Ie. Sometimes we forget the call is recorded.

Documenting action items & following through on them.
Gong: Great Way To Keep Your Manager Up To Date
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to re-watch and note my mistakes as well as receive feedback from my manager and peers where I can improve
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering and search functionality I think could be better it's not a huge pain
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keep Managers informed what is being said as well as review past discovery calls to further review what the customer is looking for so I can share the right information on our next meeting. Further collaboration as well as if schedules don't align, I can always listen back to a call and pinpoint what parts I need to focus on.
Gong is a great way to Review Calls
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can listen back to a phone call and read a transcript simultaneously. It helps me review what I need to do on a call to improve future phone calls. Also, it is a great way to check what another colleague has talked about on their phone call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part that I dislike is some of the inaccuracies of what is typed up in the transcript.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing Gong to make sure we are covering all of the talking points that are pertinent to our roles. I have realized that this is beneficial because it helps me improve for future phone calls.
Coaching Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up alerts based on objections and getting the emails daily to listen to the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish reports could be made a little more customizable but nothing is going to 100% satisfy needs. This at least satisfies about 85-90% of my needs that make life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im saving time by not having to listen to every call to find the objection and coaching on it. Alerts and changing the objection focus depending on the need.
Amazing tools for feedback
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Gong helps me review my calls and flag things for my manager to review. Also finding calls when a prospect asks me something that I forget about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to dislike about Gong, but if I can improve something it would be the order of how things are transcribed.

Benefits include being able to track calls and receive feedback easily, as well as better collaboration among our teams.
One of the most powerful sales tools
What do you like best about the product?
The call recordings, the transcript of those calls, and the post-call to-do items that are automatically added
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing - its the best call recorder & note taker on the market in my opinion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more redundant internal meetings to brief colleagues on the next steps when a contact/ lead is handed off to them. Instead they can simply read the call transcript and know what the game plan is on that next call within minutes.
