Great platform for SaaS sales
What do you like best about the product?

- I use it daily so it's great that it gives you tasks and updates

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI summarys aren't always accurate but thats like any other Ai tool, you have to adjust things when neccesary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have full visibilty of accounts, as well as helping assist with MEDDPICC Qualification by time stamping specific parts of calls that 'could be MEDDPICC qualification'

The best tool to capture your conversations!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool that provides a recording of your meeting, summarises notes, shares your filler words, and allows you to search the transcript. When you struggling remembering what was said and done, you can watch back the call and use the helpful features to find exactly what you need from the conversation. It joins your calls automatically, there is also a mobile app to help you listen on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the mobile app, it would be great to have the capability to watch videos offline in the 'listen later' functionality. At the moment, only the audio capability is available offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When research says you only remember 5% of the conversation, gong helps you to ignite your memory!

It's insightful, analytics are accurate, and helps with professional development and awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI features were more in tune with what is in the transcript and generated more concise answers when asking about the interaction.

Create detailed notes, have accountability, awareness and professional development.
AI Integrations are Fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI integrations for Gong. I am on back to back calls most days and the generated emails help me remember what specific follow up items I need to send over to teams. I can easily create customized emails from the starting email that Gong generates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really wish for a Gainsight, Gong, and product board integration. I would like Gong to automatically submit product feedback and log it in Gainsight and in Product Board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making me faster and more agile in the speed I'm able to work and the value I provide to my customers.
The best way I've found to stay on top of my calls.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get a quick rundown on key takeaways and next steps saves so much time when I have a busy day of calls or have to quickly pull up what a prospect and I last spoke about.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the system learned what my products were called or the acronyms I use but it's 90% accurate so this really isn't a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping better notes than I ever could, making it easy to share call recordings with my internal and external stakeholders, and helping me improve my overall call structure using the analytics.

I can learn from senior people at my company any time I want to. I can know what happened with clients for calls I missed quickly with an AI summary.

Wish the analysis was quicker but that's being a little picky

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to focus 100% on empathic listening while not having to take notes is extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately hard to navigate at times.

The pain of going through recordings or missing out on important things clients/prospects say while being too focused on taking notes yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has become super helpful in making communication clearer, especially for my sales. From my experience, by recording and transcribing what's said, Gong gives you a solid record of conversations, so there's way less confusion. It's AI also figures out the important stuff, which lets teams focus on what really matters in their communication. This leads to better follow-ups, everyone being on the same page, and a clearer understanding of what customers want, which makes the whole communication thing much smoother. Plus, it's super easy to use, I use it daily, and it integrates seamlessly with HubSpot.

Takes almost a full business day to transcribe and analyze calls.

It solves the problem of not having a reliable record of conversations, which can lead to confusion and misunderstandings.

What do you like best about the product?
The Account AI feature gives me a holistic, real-time view of engagement across an account — pulling in signals from calls, emails, and activity across stakeholders. It flags risk factors like disengagement, sentiment shifts, or lack of multithreading, and gives me suggested actions before issues surface. This has made my customer reviews sharper, my renewals more predictable, and my cross-functional conversations way more informed.
What I appreciate most is how Account AI synthesizes data I’d normally have to dig for manually. Instead of spending time piecing together a timeline or who’s been active, Gong surfaces it in seconds — and highlights gaps I might’ve missed.

Static dashboards and reports: It can be difficult to fully customize reporting views or build flexible dashboards that match unique KPIs or business models.
Limited call tagging options: Users often want more granular, automated tagging based on nuanced conversation details or internal taxonomies.
The search functionality is sometimes clunky — it doesn't always surface relevant calls or moments efficiently, especially when searching across large teams or long timeframes.
Filters can be overwhelming or inconsistent, especially when trying to isolate specific speakers, topics, or time windows.

Gong has been a game-changer for surfacing real-time insights across both customer behavior and broader market shifts. It allows me to zoom out from individual conversations and start identifying patterns across my portfolio — what objections are coming up more frequently, what features customers are excited about, and where engagement may be dropping.
Gong for customer advocacy
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Gong for customer advocate identification. The AI stream training is used for me to use specify quotes like "I love your product". It captures those for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong AI does need some additional training and doesn't always capture. The AI is restrictive to only gathering quotes, not overall sentiment, so there's a lot of filtering through that I need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In customer marketing, I am not interested in sales, but advocacy and engagement. Gong is helping me by using the AI to identify people who are advocates by capturing quotes like "I love your product" or "This is the best!". I capture them and then ask them for an act of advocacy.
