Awesome tool for sales insights
What do you like best about the product?
The insights it gives us into what's happening on the phone with our propects. Allows our managers to provide scores to calls and also feedback directly to reps. Allows us to build trackers on specific words or phrases to help us dig into our calls and demos. With the ability to create deal boards it allows us to build similar views like we would in Salesforce but drill into insights that we may be getting flagged on as well. Where a Salesforce report will just display the data. Gong allows us to dig that layer deeper to better understand all the parts of the deal that may play into getting tehe deal closed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are pretty early into the implementation - and the team has been very helpful with getting us up and running. It does seem like there are a few things to thing throught when setting up the platform for long term use. But the team has been really good with giving us an idea for best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us better insight into whats happening with our deals and whether or not they are likely to close. This helps us see the bigger picture with our deals and prospects. When reporting out of Salesforce we can only get but so much information from the reps. This allows us to actually get the real story into what's actually going on with our conversations and deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the resources to implement the product and make sure the team is utilizing it. I would highly recommend the product. It helped us dig into areas that we didn't know were a problem for us.I wish we had this product at other organizations that I have worked at!
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the specifics that Gong gives for the calls that I make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it could be a little more detailed, but overall there is not much to dislike.

Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Gong helped us to quickly ramped the sales team, and to identify areas of improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Set up can be intimidating. Tough to connect to Hubspot/Salesloft without a Rev Ops on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helped us to truly understand the real value that we brought to our customers, and as such, Gong helped us identify that we were undervaluing the worth of our solution. This insight gave us the confidence to raise our price based on that value and ROI we give to our clients
Really really useful.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up. Logs my calls automatically. Gives me visibility into my process and allows me to be 100% present without worrying about taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is cumbersome and can be frustrating to find the calls you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing my sales skills gaps. I can see where I have room for improvement.
The best solution for conversational intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and interface, it is very easy to search for the content you are looking for and to integrate the solution into current workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing feature-wise, sometimes it takes a few minutes for the bot to join calls if you schedule late if I really have to nitpick.

We are capturing our sales and customer success calls.
Gamechanger.
What do you like best about the product?
- Completely changes how your Sales team operates. All the activity, from any deal, is available in an easy-to-digest format. Raises visibility into deals from the IC to CEO level, helps build comraderie in the team as they can share call snippets really easily, means that sales enablement is that much easier as emails and calls are so easily accessible
- Unbelievably useful for out of sales org teams - e.g. our Marketing team use Gong to understand how our Sales folks are leveraging our industry-specific talk tracks, they'd never be able to do that with just SFDC activity records
- helps with Forecasting - as particularly for swing deals you'll be able to get a much more data-driven idea of how a deal is progressing
- Unbelievably useful for out of sales org teams - e.g. our Marketing team use Gong to understand how our Sales folks are leveraging our industry-specific talk tracks, they'd never be able to do that with just SFDC activity records

What do you dislike about the product?
- You can't personalize the reports or build your own dashboards in-tool. That would make this tool infinitely more valuable, as most orgs needs to be able to tweak the reporting that's being done on activities based on their own specific sales motion

Everything is fine. There is nothing to dislike.

I love the fact that I can make advanced searches in my company's video, so I can learn a lot from my colleagues.

Totally worthed
It has been very easy to listen in on colleagues calls
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to shuffle through calls by looking right at the transcript and being able to locate specific points in that call is super helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
It was slightly tricky to navigate at first, but after playing around with it for a short period, it became much more straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can listen in on colleague's calls and change my sales pitch by utilizing what works while avoiding what doesn't work. The benefits are being able to hear other people's conversations. The transcript portion helps locate everything that I need to during the call, especially if it's a long call.

The transcript of the call is very accurate and the way that it give statistics is amazing

I don't find a downside using gong! It's an amazing tool to work with
