What do you like best about the product?
Integration with other apps like Salesforce, zoom, outlook make keeping track of calls easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's one more site to log into; it can be confusing at first. The separate meeting link can add another layer of complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video recording and review.

The search function is terrible. (Mostly because Transcript is not accurate.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of skipping a meeting as I can watch later.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy interface.
Call transcripts are very accurate.
Search and filter functionality is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything so far. Very happy with all the features. Sometimes the topics of the conversation at various timestamps are inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having Gong in our org has made customer validation and decision-making super easy. Gong has cut down the need to talk to salespeople and saves me at least a couple of hours every week. The impact across the organization is very similar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend. A must-have for sales teams and any other team needing sales intelligence.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and the ability to watch your calls again at faster speeds to review things that went well and things that could use more improvement. I can see all of my teammates calls as well so I can learn from them to improve my calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the amount of info can be overwelmeing. The amount of information that is provided to us after the call can be alot. and sometimes I dont even look at it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is used for coaching and personal refection of Sales calls. The manager provides feedback from my calls on what to improve and how I can get my talk tracts to be better.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's great. Before Gong I'd never get a chance to listen to not only my calls but my colleague's neither. The only way would be to shadow someone, but let's be honest, there's never time to do that.

Gong allows us to analyze our calls picking up on ranked keywords, and we can always listen to recordings of our teammates or use our own for reference. The transcription for the calls are also surprisingly very accurate—an excellent tool for every sales org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to date...UI can be a little easier to find calls but that could just be me needing to spend a little more time navigating in Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee enablement across all departments. Time savings not needing to have multiple meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and ability to search specifics from the meeting allow me to quickly and easily search what I need
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to see who declined the recorder to join the call. Would like this feature as I can see if it is a C-level or someone else that is making that decision on my larger customer calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role there are a lot of terms and different products that customers are using and to be able to take notes and respond efficiently at the same time, things get missed. This is allowing me to make sure that I have everything in the customers verbiage in my notes

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to request feedback from a manager or teammate, the fact that you can pull a specific snippet from a phone call, and that Gong provides action items based on what you mentioned to a customer on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing that I dislike..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful for remembering what I need to follow up with after a busy day of calls. It's also been helpful as a newer hire to be able to listen to my peers' calls to see what they do well.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy listening to other people's calls because I compare and contrast what I can do better at my working company. The upsides of using Gong is you get to hear yourself and critic what you can do better on your calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it was listening to my voice, but when listening to your calls over and over. Gong is excellent to focus on what you can improve on when calling customers and better your skills when communicating over the phone. I feel like the search for your calls to be easier to find, and maybe an APP would be convenient. Everyone is on their phone nowadays, and it's easy to access. I would like if the recorded calls would process right now instead of waiting for your records calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong's Revenue Intelligence platform captures your customer interactions across phone, web conferencing, and email understands what was said in these interactions, and delivers insights to help your team win more deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best advice I have is to listen in on your calls and others carefully! It's important to get other feedback from other employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Gong is that, hands down, it provides intelligent insights that help me guide the next conversation with my customers. I'm semi-forgetful, and as much as I'd love to be proactive, the fact is, I have a lot of customers. There's always going to be something that slips through the cracks or that I forget about. Gong saves me from those things. Most importantly, though, is how freaking easy it is to actually share my calls with customers! They love to go back and review the things we looked at, as well as provide those things to their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot. Sometimes the transcription is off slightly, but that's a byproduct of Zoom calls, weird names of software that would not exist in the dictionary, etc. 99% of the time, the transcription is either bang on, or just slightly off to a point where it doesn't hinder the ability to use it efficiently. I also don't love that when I share a call externally, the default is set to 5 days. I would prefer to be able to set it as "always accessible," as a lot of the calls I share are training calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I'm solving with Gong are endless. First, I get to finally provide my customers with a very accessible recording of whatever type of call we had. Second, I get to have proactive outreach suggestions sent directly to my inbox. Third, I get insights on how much I talk, which helps me learn to shut my damn mouth!
