Essential Training Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using transcripts to search by keyword allows you to pinpoint spots in conversations that will be most helpful. I enjoy receiving an email in the morning with reminders of my calls for the day.
Gong allows you to get up to speed on transferred accounts and train new team members with ease.

There are no current downsides to using Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping to solve training gaps and allows team members to stay up to speed without having to be present in every conversation.
Great tool for better coaching
What do you like best about the product?
Finding the calls with keywords, identify the number of calls I audited along with the ratio, Provide comments at a particular duration of the call, audit short calls and give instant feedback that is recorded, add best calls in folders that can be created etc.
Interface is very easy and uer friendly. Helps to share calls with AMs (Account manager).

What do you dislike about the product?
* If we can make the subtitles of the calls more clear and accurate as sometimes the person on call is speaking something but the system picks some other words. Happened quite often

Great technology for evaluating sales call quality and content
What do you like best about the product?
Labels for the call sections make it really easy to find the point in the meeting you want to focus on, automatic transcription, names of attendees are shown, and you can easily see who is currently talking during playback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like based on my current user access (end-user, non-admin).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales call recap and ability to evaluate allows for better coaching, best practice sharing, and continuous learnning. Not having to remember everything spoken on a call is also very useful.
Easiest way to access any trainings
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong starts automatically on the calls. The integration is seamless and really easy to access the content after. This has been really helpful to catch up on any missed training videos or re-review topics discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike about Gong. It's been really easy to use and very insightful for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped with our sales team and customer success team's ongoing training. This was a challenge in the past as team members had to schedule a time to manually go over each part of the training with each new hire. The videos have been a great source for onboarding new hires.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best is that I can go back at any time to watch the training videos, and I can watch them in real-time (without being part of the meeting). It has been a great training platform that we have used across our company and have instituted as part of our work routine. Having the ability to log in and train at ANY time allows us to figure out our schedule and utilize the flexibility to watch at our leisure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It only works with Google Hangouts (I think). Many of our customers use Zoom and Microsoft teams, and being able to implement Gong in those platforms would be helpful for our customers and us. In addition, having this platform work across these various tools will help us track our training and conversations with customers. Not too much to complain about here though, our organization loves using it and includes it in most of our meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have visibility in the calls our Sales Team has, which was something we never had before. It helped me as a teammate and Customer Success Manager to hear those calls and understand each customer's expectations. The benefits include cross-functional training, product visibility, and coaching. Having the ability to watch what the other teams at my company are working on has provided immense value. Additionally, it has added product visibility into the technical aspects of a new product launched. These benefits have spoken volumes in the short time we've been using the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're hesitating to use Gong, don't. It's an excellent resource for everyone across your organization and allows training, transparency, and a way to track your conversations and maintain client expectations. I truly enjoy working with Gong and it has a very easy user interface and cross-functional training abilities.

Gong is great for onboarding new hires as it helps them watch and listen to top sales reps and how they work!

There is not much to dislike about the platform.

Gong helps with coaching and training. One benefit is the searchability for reps to target keywords and specific types of deals at different stages.

Consider the time management has to coach using the tool.

The Perfect Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR training up to become an AE, the ability to pull up Gong call recordings to learn about our demo process or use the recordings to pass along helpful call notes to our Sales Lead is invaluable. Gong has saved us so much time and energy throughout the sales process! Also, their customer support and resources are amazing!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I disliked about Gong was that it was hard to get it integrated with my Google Meets at the beginning of my tenure. But now that everything is set up, I have no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Gong, we can share call notes and pertinent customer challenges by sharing the calls between my Sales Lead and myself. Also, by using Gong, I don't have to shadow every demo to learn how deals are progressing through the pipeline - I can pull up the call and listen in my spare time, even on my daily walks! Lastly, the main benefit is that my manager is able to listen to my intro calls and provide me coaching notes.

The automatic transcription and ability to type in buzz words and find where they were said

Nothing, Gong is very user friendly and an excellent tool for businesses that work from home

I'm now able to double-check about things that were said in meetings that we forgotten and listen to peer conversations to take tips for future calls
Its a must for all customer serivces!

not many really it would be good if it worked off your email so if you were invited to a call
