What do you like best about the product?
The pure ability to review your calls and conversations along with marking them up at key points helps a Sales team improve immensely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be ideal to auto record and then turn off as required as often you can forget to record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding client behaviors and how conversations flow in various ways -- letting our team see how objections, call flow, and techniques are delivered

What do you like best about the product?
Audio recording, sales best practices, peer-to-peer benchmarking, web conferencing and google calendar integration
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the platform end to end and see the AI evolving well - nothing negative to say about it

We are tracking deal velocity, visibility in activity performance versus global, company, and team benchmarks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that each call is transcribed and I can easily search for keywords and topics that I want to investigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't hit anything yet, the system is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem but the benefits have been excellent. I can now dive into each sales call learn how we pitch our product and hear how customers respond giving me insight into building collateral and competitive battle cards.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the transcript, the ability to skip to different parts of the call effortlessly, and the analytics behind the platform.

Sometimes the transcript doesn't catch everything well.

Genuinely helpful as a sales rep

What do you like best about the product?
Call recording tools can easily get a bad rap because sales reps feel it's just to "big brother" their call structure or quality, but there are so many more valuable ways to leverage the tool. Being able to have transcripts of all of your calls, easily accessed recordings to share with customers of demos, etc. for colleagues who couldn't join a meeting, and having the insights to figure out how to improve your talk track/hear what your teammates are doing well in a remote world is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use an improvement on how to get the Gong link onto meetings - this could be our integration, but right now if our SDR has to book a meeting for us, they have to reach out to the AE to ask for the. gong link before they can send the invite which is an irritating extra step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to focus more on talking and less on note taking with the transcripts is super helpful

What do you like best about the product?
It is being able to review transcripts and add comments for coaching. This has been widely accepted by the sales team, and now we live and die by Gong. The ability to get an understanding of how the sales AE's are performing remotely is so easy with Gong. I also love the ability to be able to use/choose "key words" such as competitors, budget, timelines, etc so we can coach appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a feature perspective, Gong truly does do it all. I would love to see an integration or application where Gong can produce monthly or quarterly report cards on each AE based on key word searches as well as talk times, ratios, etc.
This would be a quick and easy glance for our management to see where reps are weak. We can also use these report cards to cross reference against closed won and targets for the quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I joined Density (in July of last year) I was the first on my sales team, since then I've hired 5 AE's and am adding 6 more before the end of July this year. With this, it would be some what easier in person or in the office - since COVID happened we didn't have this luxery - So Gong has been instrumental in helping me identify gaps in training as well as how quick someone is absorbing information.

Nothing at the moment, keep on keeping on Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
When starting a new industry, the ability to watch as many successful calls as desired gives your first hand exerience to learn exactly what it is your company does, prepare for questions coming your way from actual customers, and and learn talented sales peoples techinques.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to disable when you want to turn off

Learning sales techniques.
