What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review coworker's calls and how they found success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to remember to log into gong to review calls. More of a personal workflow issue than anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new employee I am learning how others frame up our product and sell/demo to new clients.

Gong has been very easy to use for the last few years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found too many issue. I think the search feature could use more filtering options but they have continued to update it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me with tracking my meetings. One helpful benefit is to be able to relisten and isolate parts of a call. This has been helpful to see what a customer said in a call and not have to rely on my memory or notes. The ability to receive coaching has been great too. I can easily send a clip to my manager without her having to listen to the entire call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you start using Gong, I recommend trying out the different features. There have been many things that Gong offers that I did not know were something I needed. The insights that come from Gong have really improved my sales and ability to be coached.
Wonderful teaching tool
What do you like best about the product?
I started a new role, and this allowed me to "ride-along" like never before. I'd watch while getting ready for work and whenever it was convenient. This way, you don't need to rely on someone inviting you to a call or calls not working with your schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's always nerve-wracking, especially when you are a new employee, to have your calls recorded and open to the organization to view. Still, you don't get the benefits without your contributions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training and seeing all types of different presentation styles has been great.
I use it to record/learn from virtual meeting with prospects.

Being able to see my colleagues videos so that I can learn from their calls as well

Some bugs - I just had a call that didn't record

It helps a lot with the learning process/what info is mainly gained from these meetings

It is a great tool for onboarding/training new hires as well as a great tool for supervisors to monitor their employees work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong takes not only notes on which participants are speaking but also the amount of time (%) in which they do so. Gong also breaks down conversation topics/transitions such as small talk/introductions/use-cases/product feature demonstrations, which enables peers to review & critique for more effective future calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Gong. I had not been introduced to the platform before joining my current company and have loved using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to review previous calls and identify things I should avoid in future calls, as well as placing things that really worked well and would use again.

its such an easy platform to navigate, the transcripts are so accurate- and its helpful

Gong was very easy to set up and is simple to administer. Salesforce integration works well and is fairly straightforward.

Not much to dislike! Much better in terms of features than our old software.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to learn from peers when re-listening to their calls, share segments of my calls to various departments within my organization for learning and product enhancement opportunities, as well as easily recall past conversations with my customers to ensure I am providing relevant and new information on each call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had no bad experiences with Gong thus far. It is an incredible resource and I am so grateful my organization uses this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to keep track of all customer interactions and share my learnings with team members. As a new team member, it also allows my management team to listen in to my interactions and provide any insightful feedback to help improve my skillset.

The analyze it provides after we record our meetings, and how easy can be to assigned the record by simply at the email address at your calendar

the message about the record for coaching purpuses everytime someone joins the meeting
