This is AWESOME software.
What do you like best about the product?
I am an SDR/BDR, and Gong sends me a recording of each demo by my AE after it's completed; that way, I can see how it went. When I don't have time to listen to it, Gong also sends snippets of the conversation in that same email so that I can see the follow-up items. I love that Gong transcripts all conversations; that way I can read through a demo, or one of my own calls, to see how it went. Gong also gives valuable tips on how long I've been talking versus how long I've allowed them to talk, which ensures that I am consultative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to report on this end; I really like Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you have SDRs, it would be important to have them sent the demo they scheduled.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to listen to a call through Gong without the Account Exec of the customer knowing I'm on the call. Also, understanding what is said or not said on the call for easy reference. It has changed the way we mentor our sales team. Couldn't live without Gong.....
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything I dislike. There are features i would like to have, but I know that the same with all software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say ungoing training and where each individual salesman needs help. Great indicator on what each person is lacking in their own skill set.

If your looking to help your entire sales team locate weaknesses in your sales process, this is the tool to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is easy to use and easy to get insights from. The ability to search recordings and use keywords and other filters is great for understanding trends and which accounts are engaging with certain topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find something not to like... I'd love to be able to export details based on search terms or build custom dashboards that can be shared easily across various teams, including those without Gong access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're getting better insight into accounts and being able to spot trends or issues in conversations that are happening. It's helping us position our messaging better and share learnings from wins or losses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The most powerful thing that Gong delivers for me is the ability to search conversations and spot trends using various keywords. If you're wanting first-hand insight without having to ask for someone to collect it all, Gong is a pretty nifty solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy access to logs, the analytics provided, and mistake-free syncing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. It has no issues for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps break down how I act and perform on sales calls. I can directly see metrics on my pace, tone, patience, and more. It also shows how much I speak about products. I realized that I could access countless types of calls thanks to the parameters available on searches.

Obviously the translator is not perfect so sometimes typing in mentioned words does not work

MAke sure to speak clearly. the product is great. this review is so fucking long and not worth 10 dollars

There is not much to dislike. It integrates well with our tech stack

Recommending Gong to a friend. There are varied collections of short video clips to learn from.

There is nothing specific to dislike. Nothing!

When ideas are shared and discussed, the intellect catches fire and that gives an explicit sense of direction to follow. A calrity of purpose is achieved.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like call trackers which help us focus on areas of growth and learning from others who excel at something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, so far I can't come up with anything I can honestly say I dislike about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm learning from my colleagues and their best practices. I'm also learning a lot more about my own call style and flow. Benefits that I have realized include becoming more confident and focusing on specific areas of growth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worthwhile to anyone who is looking to gain insights into how they perform over the phone. This gives you a great play-by-play analysis of your calls and you will learn a lot about yourself and can also learn a lot from your colleagues.
We love buzzwords like AI and machine learning but really it's just not fit for how niche my role is
What do you like best about the product?
None that I can think of.. If I had to pick one, I wouldn't be able to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It alerts my deals that haven't been touched in a while but it's because I am waiting for a city council meeting or it's an RFP that i can't touch or am waiting for a very specific date that could be a month or months away even.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. The business problems we have are solved by people and leveraging automation not have AI that was built using metrics only the gong team developers would know.
