What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Gong. I thought I take good notes, but after running several tests to compare my meeting notes to the actual transcript and call intelligence, I now realize I don't take good notes. The reality, my meeting notes, and memory are not entirely accurate. The real value of using Gong is to help me better understand my customer's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong can improve the parity between web portal vs. application. I found that some features are not part of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My objective is to capture all calls to action that my clients discuss during my meetings. To have a referenceable meeting artifact that I can share with internal and external stakeholders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend companies consider Gong for call intelligence; I have found the platform makes me better at my job.
A must use software
What do you like best about the product?
How you can listen and pick up on certain points on how your peers are doing and learn from your peers.
I've been using it and its been helping me to create a good talk track with my clients.
I've been using it and its been helping me to create a good talk track with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the transcript may not pick up all the words but it does a good job on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How my other peers are using different strategic conversations and im really picking up alot of their talk tracks.
I can share a snippet of a call, actionable insight, coaching, are just few things I love the most.
What do you like best about the product?
Coaching, Actionable insight, and sharing
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to add recording if someone mistakenly selects; I do not want to record a call, and during the meeting, we want to record the call. We simply can't add gong to our own tools like Zoom meetings and need to use a native recording of a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal tracker, Customer success with gong using actionable insight, deal qualifying questions, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an exceptional tool and doing a lot of things for a user. It can provide great insight and can wrap up new hires easily with existing recordings. You can also acknowledge your teams with a great vote of confidence by the statistics rather than a word of mouth.
Gong has changed the way I lead my sales team for the better
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to cut down the time it takes to listen to sales presentations by 89%.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could set certain trackers, and have Gong automatically score my reps' calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to very quickly identify areas of improvement for my reps and be able to provide coaching to allow the rep to quickly pivot and make changes to their pitch to increase their closing percentages.
Amazing Go-Back tool and much more
What do you like best about the product?
I dont need to take notes during a call which keeps me more focused, I can always get back to the call and listen to it. In addition, the analysis of the call is priceless and allows me to quickly find what I need and also to understand if I talk too much , dont have an interactive session, not asking enough questions etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the recording has some background clicks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. not having to take notes during calls
2. Be able to listen to calls of my colleagues before talking to clients
3. Search within calls for information

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I have not used all features as yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing customer calls and getting valuable insights to share with internal colleagues.
Great for sharing recordings with new employees - training and onboarding.
Great for sharing recordings with new employees - training and onboarding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product is easy to use and navigate. Has great features and is secure as well.
Like game tape for athletes
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is the best call analytics tool on the market. Reviewing the recordings is like an athlete watching game-tape to try to improve. Collaboration with management is easy, and it's so much faster to learn a new concept by watching other reps have the conversation first then learning from how they approach it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really should be connected to your CRM, I know that's typically the case, but in order to get insights connected back to close/won revenue, you really need to have opps (and the deal Pulse) connected back to CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to improve. Learning from others. Collaborating with management.
gives me great follow-up for the numerous calls I hold every day!
What do you like best about the product?
It is fully automated; I don't have to do anything to get insights. I can work through my teams calls for training purposes. With the integration we have with SFDC, it helps me to have direct access to customer calls linked to an opportunity. Since using Gong, my follow-up has become much more straight forward. Including the team in conversations helps everyone to understand the full context - and will follow up on their specific part. the sharing of context with the team is easy and helpful. I can just share the part of a call with who ever it matters to. The training effect to learn from other team members conversations and topics gets my new team up to speed faster. This effect is specifically great for teams that are growing fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing. There is nothing to not like about Gong. Of course, by giving the entire company access to my calls - I sometimes have data privacy constraints. But they are by far less than the advantages. Maybe some more search and filter capabilities could make it easier to navigate calls of others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
feedback, managing follow-up, getting reminded about inactive opportunities. With 4+ customer calls a day with video it is difficlut to keep track on the follow-up. sharing call intelligence with my team members and within the company. If duing a call a conversation happens that shall be shared say with product management - i can just invite the product manager to listen to the time in context.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you get the chance to use gong - use it. over time you will get to understand the full value it delivers. share your calls and analytics with your team to gain more insight and be more involved in executing projects and opportunities.
Gong is helful to go back and review calls and notes
What do you like best about the product?
the metrics that are included are very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to *remember* to pause when people are late
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The onyl problem we had that was fixed that our call recorded a clients' internal call without us present
Simply the best RevGen tool you can buy
What do you like best about the product?
The dealboard, alerts, and trackers are a complete game changer. It makes it really easy to see where reps are holding onto deals too long, what needs attention, and what real pipe looks like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing permissions can be a little wonky- would be awesome to make bulk changes or create users in bulk. Also, the standard import from SFDC is cool but it would be cool to select which users to sync in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing content is better because we get voice of customer, we have a sense of real pipe because we can see what's happening across all systems with one dashboard.
