What do you like best about the product?
I love using Gong to review my client calls - not only does it help me to identify areas for improvement, but it also helps me to be fully present on a call rather than rushing to write notes because I know that if I miss something, I can go back and re-listen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Gong can take a few minutes to connect to the call - I wish I could automatically have it turn on when I start the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping to ensure our teams and managers can listen to and learn from each other as well as give feedback on our client call. It also allows us to be fully present and able to listen to our clients rather than stressing about having everything written down.

What do you like best about the product?
I value the ability to have a record of all commitments, exchanges, and follow ups while also being able to present with prospects and clients on calls. It's truly one of the most valuable resources I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has grown significantly over the past 5 years and can be a little clunky from time to time, especially when navigating directly to the recordings of calls. I wish the analysis took less time as well so that a follow up could be sent out within 10 minutes of the call ending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves many problems at once for me, but primarily ensures that I can deliver on what I've said I would without error.

It's impossible to get help or support. I wait days for responses and can never talk to a human.

Ability to cut through translation layers and find key customer pain points.

Search is very keyword oriented, would love to see some AI implementation to find answers to questions through search

What do you like best about the product?
Everything really, but the AI elements and search functionality are particularly impressive and useful. Haven't even taken full advantage of all of the features of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't perfect. Some of the call captures can be inaccurate at times. Same with the follow up emails that are AI generated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With as many meetings as I have, Gong provides a nice summary of each meeting and I can get into the details if necessary.

to dislike gong I don't think there is much but one feature I think which it lacks I believe is summarization need's a little more work where it can shorten the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
personally I believe gong solves many problems which includes, giving better insights of the conversation it also analyze the rate of speech and the sales motion also giving us the feedback of what were the misses on the call so that we can be prepared for the next call and also have a self awareness about in which direction we are heading

Excellent conversational AI

What do you like best about the product?
I love conversational AI. My favorite aspect of Gong is being able to go into any account and ask what is going on. By asking what the customer said they needed, I can prepare for any meeting, from kickoff to renewal. This is incredibly simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they were a little more responsive to customer requests. They say a feature is coming in a certain quarter and then it doesn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping us solve some of the handoff issues we were having between sales and onboarding. It has even benefited the training team because we can ask where customers are getting stuck and Gong pulls that information out of our meetings for us, no one has to take those notes or remember, we can see the exact customer conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Gong has been a game-changer for my growth.
Being able to rewatch my calls and review them with my manager has helped me sharpen my messaging and spot areas to improve. I also love having searchable transcripts—it makes it easy to update my notes and keep track of deal momentum.

It’s made me more thoughtful, more prepared, and ultimately more effective in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I forget to tag the call or add a comment right after, and it can be tough to find it later when everything blends together. A bit more structure or reminders would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me see exactly where I can improve.
By reviewing my calls, I can catch things I missed in real time—whether it's how I handled an objection, delivered value, or set next steps. It also makes coaching with my manager way more productive because we’re looking at real moments, not just relying on memory.

The transcripts and call summaries also help me update my CRM faster and keep deals on track without having to re-listen to everything.

Overall, it’s helped me become more intentional, confident, and consistent in my outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
For me the best part of Gong has been the ability to focus on the customer during a call instead of taking notes. It allows me to be in the conversation and see things I would have missed because I was more focused on recording everything. It also helps me keep commitments, I use this after almost every call that I have. It is also super easy to use, I was able to jump right in without any guide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes It doesn't feel like the actual program is super easy to navigate. I'm not sure why though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Back to why I love it. It makes actually getting notes easy, and allows me to better fix my sales techniques.
